Kya animation 0% se start ho sakta hai, matlab jab sheet open ho tab sabhi 0% pe ho aur uske baad ek ek karke 0% se aage jaaye.

Yes. You can initialize all values in column C as 0 before running the existing code ( on condition of opening the sheet)

You can do it without % also. Just take the car size around 20% of max number of your range
