I dont see many home inspectors inspecting inside chimneys...make a recommendation to get it done later (that usually falls on deaf ears) sure. Also, what happens in summer in a non orphaned chimney when the furnace isnt used?
Lol, I’m going through AHIT (American Home Inspector’s Training) and they are in fact, putting the fear of God in us over and over again to not put our hand in the sump pump😂😂
