Fun fact for those who don't know. It's better to fire blasts closer to the wall or while facing the ground. The animation lasts as long as the beam is out. So until it collides with something that stops it, you are stuck in that animation for the whole duration. That's why sometimes you see misses and the other can move right away as it hit the invisible wall or ground, and other times they'll be stuck in the animation while the a.i. is just looking at them.
