i bought a powerfly 4 a few months ago, can agree with all said, 1st ebike have had and love it!! i added a bike rack and use for various fishing and crabbing ventures with attached milkcrate with rod holders. also use for mushroom hunting. one of the best things i did was get this bike!
I know this is an OLD video, but having had an e-bike now for almost a year, I chose a Specialized Turbo Como SL 5.0 IGH, belt drive, simply because it had what I wanted at the TIME... now LOVING ebikes and the FREEDOM to go go go longer I am looking at number 2, for MORE different type of FUN, I can TWEEK the power of the engine with the APP, Mission Control, so I only use 5% assist and 15% in Sport and then 85 in turbo, MY LONGEST ride was 88 kilometres, or 54.7 miles and had 11% battery left then if ever, the bike is still a bike just no electric assist. EASY.
I strongly recommend purchasing the Marlin + instead of the powerfly. Powerfly battery rattles inside the frame over bumpy trails and feels like a heavy bike on the trails. Test ride both first.
Bought it because of your video, thanks! Do you know if and which adjustable handlebars could be installed? Got the equipped version and using it as a daily too. Would like to easily store it underneath the bed of my campervan while travelling.
Hey buddy nice video! Saw your video and it helped solidify my purchase of the exact same bike here in Nova Scotia. Question for you, do these bikes come with this update I’ve been hearing about to the new 85 NM setting? Right now I’m pretty sure mine is 75 unless the dealer has to update it?? Thanks for any info! :)

We purchased this Vivi 27.5” electric bike and a Tentaquil 26” electric bike for our 13 and 14 year olds. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxUiL0GnyDjP32RJdd660sP8mZk4CRLTCJ The Vivi was much easier to put together. With the Vivi, there was a video link to assist with assembly which made the process easier to follow (we did put the handlebars on upside down, but it was a quick and easy fix). With the Tentaquil, the assembly was not as simple to follow, but after we messaged the company for an assembly video, it was easier and they did respond quickly. The other major differences were that the Vivi has a grip throttle on the right handle (like a motorcycle) and the Tentaquil has a push throttle that you use your thumb to activate. The monitors were also different, so if you’re looking for something specific in terms of changing the bikes functions, pay attention to what the monitor offers. We were really impressed with the overall quality and functionality of both bikes, but if you’re looking for more power and an easier assembly, definitely go with the Vivi!

Just bought a Powerfly 4, absolutely love it👍
Is it still doing u well?
@@ABoxIsMyHome -Love it!
Thoroughly recommend the speed chip.
@@zeptepiantraveller what’s the speed chip? Is a German chip okay?
@@ABoxIsMyHome - In Australia ebikes are speed limited to 25kmh, the chip assists to 50kmh.
@@zeptepiantraveller ooooh. Any hacks to remove? And is that illegal to go above regulations?
Excellent, excellent. Looking at Yamaha YDX Torq but only has 27.5 tires. Same motor, etc.

Good to know! I never thought of that
I prefer the option of removing the battery.
I would argue that 10 speed isn't a downside on a mid drive bike. You get a thicker, stronger chain
Yeah definitely not the worse thing to be using!

You can get a few different styles of adjustable handlebars. Just match the closest reach that came with the bike
Very nice review. Thanks for sharing 🙂
Thanks for watching!
I want to buy one same as this but im 1m76 im afraid of the size i like the shape of the small is it to small for me or it's oky ?😊
Where the fudge can we find these bikes in stock
It's very hard to come by, get an order in
I like to be upright when I pedal. Are the handlebars adjustable?
not really, but we have put on extenders on many
I would get one but I can get a yz250 for less.
Why are they so expensive
Will it be a bad idea to buy a power fly 4 with 1000 miles for 1000 US dollars
I’ve watched this video about 10x now.
how to buy online

Yes, it's an option the shop has to activate. We do it no charge
Can I even mount this on a roof bike rack? Or do I need to buy a non e bike
No roof top mount that i know, most are all hitch mount only
@@goodluckchrisclark okay good to know. That’s what I thought. Looks like I need to buy a regular bike
Hey mate! on eco mode how many KMs in one full charge? Thanks!
The speed is unlock?? If not can I unlock it after I buy??
Only with 3rd party chips which could void warranty
Is it possible to install throttle in this bike?
Not without voiding warranty, the sppedbox brand has something that kinda does work
Just bought this Nike, do you have a kickstand to advice ?

What's up with your hair color 🤔 Makes you look like the Luke Skywalker farmboy action figure from 1977! 😆
haha so true
TF 😂
Ummmmm way too overpriced.
Wrong! Trek Verve 4 is the best bang for your buck.
Not for off-road use though!
