does anyone know how these specific Reiki type videos work? how each type of reiki is different? i can feel the energy but how does it influence us in different ways, beside the title of the video being diffrent?
ive noticed that the "Reiki for Peace and Tranquility " really does calm me down, but that 'Reiki for heart chakra'.. actually causes me stress and pressure in the heart area
+luvyoubaby, Each video can focus on a different layer of the auric body (emotional, mental, spiritual, physical). Besides the aura it can also focus on the chakras and meridians. How it affects you is different for everyone. Reiki for the Heart Chakra causes stress and pressure for you, because there may be a blockage in that chakra. Since it is painful I would recommend either using it for shorter amounts of time or not at all. is there something i can do or even watch on this channel to unblock my heart chakra ( without causing me stress)? i know its blocked, cuz i was at a reiki session recently, and every time the healer would put her hands on my heart chakra, i started to vomit- this worries me. hope you reply again, and thank you

I’m not sure why you changed the initial picture in some of your videos. But I have feedback. Personally I don’t like the change. Your original photos with the flower photos and you make it easy in the RUclips selection to know immediately it’s a video of yours. That’s no longer the case. Also not all of the pictures appear positive. Like the truck in one of them. Before yours always were. I find it disturbing to be frank. I really hope you go back to the old way!!! The other images were so distinctly you Lourdes.
@scarletbegonias, Thank you for you input. Today, on my Community Tab, I posted a poll to get a feel for what people like in regards to thumbnails. Some may work and others may not, but we are trying different things. Right now nature and flower themes are the predominant images and all of my videos will have the title of the video to make them easier to find. Blessings, Lourdes
