You are correct Mr.Sandeep Patil. After watching this video, I realised this Interview System. Now a days HR 's are not in correct path. I can say they does't deserve to their position. I have been rejecting till yet. Reason is for nothing, my skill set and experience says they are not correct people to take interviews. Sometimes i feel that why I am rejecting. I feel stress and disturbed. My self talk always talks to me and says, they are loosing me. In this contemporary life no value for skills and talent. Everything runs with money for job. Even the candidate is not graduate also getting HR jobs. What really nonsense.. no etiquettes, no communication skills and so on. Finally i came to know the real truth is.. No need to worry about this Job system. Trust on our Skills and talent. Our Talent never ruin our belief.

I went to attend an interview in a school in UAE. Iam M. Phil graduate. They asked me questions, I replied. She gave me a topic to take demo. I was excited and waiting. After 15 minutes one mam told, no B. Ed degree so you can leave. Really it hurted me. Even they didn't give me the opportunity to take demo.
Even M. Com graduates, engineering graduates are working in and around UAE schools.
