- Osain (osanyin) is one of the most important Orishas because without Osain there would be no way to correctly perform the ceremonies of "making" the Orishas. Osain is the owner of all the plants and trees that grow wild in the woods. He has nothing to do with cultivated plants. For a plant to have the ache that Osain gives to it, it must be found growing wild in the woods.

I offer respect & gratitude to Osanyin & to the
spirits of the herbs in this bath. Divine Spirit of Healing & Protection from all forms of witchcraft & negativity, purify me with your Ase (sacred power). Please cleanse my mind, emotions, body & spirit of any & all negativity. Whether self induced, gathered in the streets, caused by stresses of everyday life, or directed toward me intentionally by others- remove it all. May this bath draw all negativity out & wash it away. The past few days I’ve been feeling very ill. Intuitively I was nudged to remove myself from some people where I am, soon as I did that suddenly I started feeling sick. The more I listened to these meditations it was informed to me that these people have been wishing bad on me to the point of illness! Thank you Orisas for your guidance and protection and good health thank you! Now my sickness is gone and I feel amazing! 🙏🏾
I opened a bottle of rum tonight and poured the first sip towards the earth and the lips of our Gods. I am a Canadian, now living in Cambodia but when I was in Cuba I joined Santeria and Osain is my Santo. One of the greatest honors I have ever received.

Hmmm a Yoruba man am Odunifa by name,since other country can be proud of our orisha.Osanyin is orisha that know all answer to all u ask him,he speak to priest and the priest will interpreted it to the person,proud to be typical Yoruba man, my father have osanyin but I think I need to go back home to learn about it.

Hey, can you explain to me what she's chanting starting at 8:59 and also the men in the background? In my brother's word "u kickoff" guess it means got in the spirit it's the second time it has happened like this I was unable to keep my composure i was sobbing and I was trying to hold it in but I just burst out like I don't call it a scream but a shout I was thinking about my grandfather he still around but sick my other grandfather passed and so has my two grandmother I just want to know what's the meaning of the chants or why am I now kicking off
Liss C it means that your spirit is connected to the chants and the deity so whenever you hear it you will go into manifestation and osain is a healer maybe the spirit wants to come to heal your grandfather which is a good thing meditate on it and the answers will come to your questions
