Don't take it the wrong way, but move the microphone a tad from your mouth, My uncle had the same headset and the microphone on it pics up your voice pretty good when you have it to the side of your head, it avoids the 'mic breathing' issue every time you speak or exhale.
I noticed that you don't use many of the features in Red Alert 2, for example, in the left menu you can move between the panels with the Q/W/E/R buttons, it will be much faster and more effective, you can search the dogs with the letter "Z" so as not to waste time
