I love the story. It's sooo cute. The child is adorable and the love story between them is sweet. But honestly I can't help but feel bad for the 2nd male lead. He loved her for years, but in the end he didn't get her.

He’d definitely end up resenting Wuyi if they did get together and Wuyi lived with them and it’s pretty obvious she wasn’t leaving him so they’d never have worked

Maybe if he liked more than her, they could have had a life together, but as it is, he wasn't interested in anything else regarding her life and didn't make much effort to integrate himself into her and Wuyi's life. So in the end, I don't think it would have lasted or if it did, they would have fights regarding WuYi. Still, heartbreak is cruel, so I would have liked for him something different I guess.
Finally x found a Dai Gao Zheng show I can watch- Maids revenge was too toxic for me, and Beodes revenge was to melodramatic 😂 He’s just sooooooo handsome! Although he’s great in Forever Love too!- less melo and toxic. I really hope he gets some ML roles in full length dramas, but these short ones are good fun too!
