my theory is that she is raiden mei from apho. why? they wear the same clothing style just that the jacket acheron wears is open and meis is closed. also the sword is the same and ofc. u get me. also when she speaks to welt she mentions that friend that is similar to the one welt had that she had to slash. considering the only people they could have in common are kevin, otto, and void archives. well. pretty obvious if u ask me
Did nobody play the game? Acheron outright states that she knows kevin and welt. She is basically Mei that became Herrsher of origin and had to kill everyone in the end wich is why she became nihilitys emanator. And its also the reason why she is stupidly strong (stronger than any HI3 Herrsher)

she is mei from the planet izumo so no she is not mei from apho thats the earth welt came from not acherons homeworld.
