Nicola you should be very proud your stock were outstanding especially the heifers I know selling at the Mart is often a stressful time because you are at the mercy of the trade on that given day but there is no doubt you have as we say here in Ireland THE ARTICLE

Once you move stock (particularly young) from their original surroundings they will inadvertently loose weight / fact (at least 20 -30kg), Presenting large numbers of animals on the same day can often prove fatal / a recipe for disaster (All your eggs in the one basket) Little and Often does the trick, 'Swings & Roundabouts' Have the 👕 🤔 SUPER STOCK 👌 😍

Did they get much cornflakes...grain.
Never seen any grain, they were getting roughly 1kg/head of blend post weaning
