I didn't start watching the Late Late Show until the pandemic, so I don't know what it was like before then, but the banter with everyone is such a pure human experience. I absolutely love it. :)
I loved Cordon from his Gavin and Stacy days, so I occasionally used to dip into his show. This format is so delightful and heartfelt that he is now my first click on RUclips in the morning with my coffee. I pray the producers read this, and keep this format after things open up again.
many talk show hosts like Corden, Noah, Colbert, Meyers, Kimmel ... back then they were regularly talking so much about Trump, making fun of him, laugh at him with their audience.. i think all of them had a segment dedicated to trump, on every episode. so i guess not only Biden.. these hosts also miss Trump 😁

I totally agree, it has more of Howard Stern on steroids style intimacy to it now that just can’t happen with a live audience. I hope they take notice of how many fans of Jimmy Fallon are vocal about their disappointment in bringing back the audience.
I love those moments! As a lighting designer / DP, I'm so happy when I get on any shoot of this kind it's just so fun there's really a vibe there that doesn't exist anywhere else! They're not faking it, it's absolutely this much fun!

James was victimizing his coworker publicly on air and made him exceedingly uncomfortable. If that isn't an example of a toxic work situation I don't know what is. It's Women’s History Month and Patty Lupone is a icon. She doesn't need to grovel for attention. That to me was the worst act of bullying like boys on a playground or frat boys trying to force someone to lose their virginity. I was disappointed and disgusted that no one told Corden to back off.
Yeah jimmy Fallon just went back and I hate it now cuz I loved the casual. Now he's back in suit and tie and I'm just not ready for the formal. Haven't we been through enough? Give us what we the people want! At least on late night! We've got NOTHING else, people! NOTHING! 🙃🙂

Right?! This crew is such a joy to watch interact. Also, I am 100% certain that if any crew member were to become uncomfortable with a certain type of 'teasing' from James, that they could just say so and it would stop instantly. James enjoys teasing, but doesn't have a cruel bone in his body. The playful teasing is just that, and I am enjoying it! It feels like some real friendships on this show, which is amazing!

Ok, James introduced us to one of the coolest backstage crew, from Ian, to Rob, to Dave to Enggala and even Susan,. And here I thought these crew couldn't get any cooler,. One of their producers is the original drummer of THE BEASTIE BOYS! WTF!
I'd like to think that everyone was well on their way to lunch or sth and then suddenly Dave gets the reply and everybody just scrambles back into position just for that update at the end
