Thank you for this indepth video. I had a quick question, near the end, you kept mentioning talking to the landlord. Did you just skip the agent and talk to landlord when you wanted to secure the place? On propertyguru, I always see agent information.

hi, for your first place, did you have to pay deposits while you were still outside singapore?
Why not? Adrian can cheaper and buy new owner house in most America property sales. Most foreigners Japan and South Korea can buy new house bigger of the million dollars.
Do you have any recomendación , we are moving to the city with 2 large dogs, any prefer zone? The landlords have problem with pets? There is a special extra charge for pets?
Really great information for those who need real daily costs, like me. Could you clarify for me about the costs when you rent for the first time a condo or HDB, I´ll probably moving in a month and need to calculate a budget for the first month, I´ll receive accommodation for the first 10 days but after that, I´ll be by my myself, I see that you need to pay 3 months in advance for moving. What are the alternatives? any info will be appreciated. thanks in advance
usually it's 1-month security deposit plus first month's rent but you can consider hotel during the transition period which allows for more flexibility!

What's the difference betwenn co-living and a private room in a condo?
co-living is usually managed by an agency who provides timely maintenance support and aims to create a sense of community among the tenants
This video would have benefited more from Adrian's actual experience instead of finally just an ad for Cove. What did you get? What did it cost?
lol 90% of this video is based on my own experience searching for and renting an apartment and it took weeks to conceptualize and produce, plus I mentioned Cove as a potential option and it's entirely up to people's own judgement when it comes to living with Cove or not so yeah

Some people have afforded quite expensive in HDB. You are working here in permit work for 2years . You are so young boy and not professional experience
