  • 25g starter
    50g flour
    50g water
    Mix well and set aside
    for 3 to 4 hours or
    until double in volume
    250g bread flour
    20g milk powder
    1 tsp salt
    30g sugar
    1 egg
    80ml milk
    Knead for 20 mins
    30g butter
    Tuna
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp white pepper
    1 tbsp mayonaise
    corn
    Roll out to 50cm
    Cut off 2 cm for base
    Bake at 180C for 25mins
