Threats to Medicaid and the Health of Women, Birthing People, and Children

This presentation will highlight the importance of Medicaid coverage for women and children and the threats to Medicaid financing being discussed by the incoming administration and Members of Congress. Participants will learn about the potential impact of cuts or caps and about how to make the case to protect coverage and financing. With nearly half of births and more than half of children covered by Medicaid, any major federal changes will have impact on MCH.
