MU are a big money club, like Liverpool and MC. But like Chelsea they have not been able to use their riches effectively, hence their current league position. Yes, they used to have success in line with their ambitions previously, but not in recent seasons and not currently.
Financially poorer clubs work with far less to achieve similar results - I won’t list them, just look at the league table.
