The thing with the character selection I wish it was like the older games. You see there’s a slot of each transformation, unlike the older games you could click goku for example and it would have the the transformations after not its own slot.

I get why people are kinda pressed about the character select. I hope there is a toggle or something so that transformation selection pops up after selecting a character. Not tryna scroll through 10 gokus and 5 vegetas every time lol
Can someone please explain.... i noticed in most gameplay the players fail to complete combo launches with finishers/supers/rush attacks that connect.. In older games, you could do a combo, launch the enemy, vanish/tele attack multiple times AND THEN still finish that whole combo with a super, rush attack or ult and it will connect. I dont see that happening here with any of the tests... did the developers forget about that mechanic(just as many of us seem to since there isnt much talk about it) or is that mechanic just more advanced now that it requires more specific timing of button presses? I have only seen 1 clip where cpu frieza finishes a multiple vanish attack launch, with a death beam that connects
14:55 actually this time around vegeta gets left with a sliver of health instead of dying so if you switch out in a team battle the health actually regens so you can do it again
Super Broly maybe, because green is my favorite color and wow are attacks very sharp and green! Seeing Doto play Super Trunks was also great, he is another I'm interested in I'm really hoping they do a what if where instead of returning to a timeline where he and Mai already exist they stayed behind, he could join the tournament of power and it just would be epic to see him train with Gohan!
By the way, that super armor bit is suppose to be like that! Remember that you are NOT supposed to get hit. You can deflect if you have enough stock, Shoot your own attack for a clash, or just get out of the way. Plus stuff like wild sense, after image, instant transmission (Goku’s instant transmission kamehameha) and others that they may implement. Just think of the defensive battles you could have! If you get hit then it’s your fault, just like the show. Usually when they get hit directly they are pretty scuffed up! Imagine how much clout you’ll have WINNING a battle without a scratch! 😂😂😂

I feel like the characters need to be buffer, notice how the characters that look the best are the more muscular ones, like super vegeta never looked that good compared to others, frieza looks amazing and gogeta for example looks good mostly because of the baggy pants. The gameplay changed my mind a little bit but the latest trailers it all looked like a Nintendo 3ds game/db legends. Because please rewatch the what if with father son final flash against cell, trunks has quads as small as his own arms, that’s crazy, and the final flash looked like budokai tenkaichi 2 beams in the intro the yellow ones😂 but tbh the ultimates and supers are crazy can’t deny that. I’m already asking you to make for me a whole lore with battle damaged gotenks ssj3 like on destroyed namek(earth) against kid buu, where like kid buu almost destroyed earth with vanishing ball but gohan deflected it and somehow every one died except gotenks and kid buu and suddenly ultra serious(gotenks should be on that level) i tried it on budokai tenkaichi 4 mod it looked crazy, gotenks ssj3 has batttle damage without the gi and it looks beautiful

One concern though, and I hate to be that guy, but it looks like DBGT and OG DB are DLC because in one trailer, it says you can experience through Dragon Ball Z through Dragon Ball Super. Either that, or we could get only a few characters (Don’t get your hopes too high) However, I expect DBZ Movie Characters to be in the base game, especially Z Broly, since he has been in almost every Dragon Ball game, even if he and Bardock are the only Movie Characters (FighterZ is a different situation, but he was still one of the first DLC Characters to be released). Not to mention SS3 Goku has moves that reference Fusion Reborn and Wrath of the Dragon, although this doesn’t guarantee Janemba and Hirudegarn. *Still 830 days until Three Idiots do Ed Edd n Eddy Part 2*
