      Certainly! Ambali, also known as ambil or ambali, is a traditional South Indian porridge-like dish made from millet flour. It's nutritious, easy to digest, and often consumed as a breakfast or light meal. Here are five variations of ambali made with different millets, along with some serving suggestions:
      Pearl Millet (Bajra) Ambali:
      Ingredients: Pearl millet flour Whole Millet, water, salt.
      Method: Mix pearl millet flour with water in a ratio of 1:4 (1 part flour to 4 parts water). Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously until it thickens to a porridge-like consistency. Add salt to taste.
      Serving Suggestions: Serve hot ambali with a dollop of ghee (clarified butter) and a side of spicy pickle or yogurt.
      Finger Millet (Ragi) Ambali:
      Ingredients: Finger millet flour, water, buttermilk, salt.
      Method: Mix finger millet flour with water and buttermilk in a ratio of 1:4:1 (1 part flour, 4 parts water, 1 part buttermilk). Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously until it thickens. Add salt to taste.

      Thankyou uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu so much for 5 different recipes of millets. I m really indebted for your kind response. Plz enlighten me regarding the use of millets flours. Usually we soak grains overnight which is not possible while using flour . Is there a healthy way to reduce phytic acid from flours . Your presentation is very good. Again thanks for educating us millets recipes.waiting to learn all types of millets cuisines.

    Thanks chef ji aapka sab recipes bahothi unique hoe hai , mai suggestions karna chahti hu ki jawar aateme thoda boiling water dalke mix kijiye aaur baki normal water dalke masal kar boll bana dijiye balls fatenge nahi aaur hath bhi jalenge nahi , hamare yaha vela Amavsya ke din 4/ 5kg aateka banate hai mix vegetables ke sath
    yearly once A festival hota hai .
