What to do if the Hiring manager is not replying over email after the HR round. I followed up for 2 weeks over email but no response. After a month's time, I received the offer letter but the offer letter was generated a month ago and now the joining date is in 70 days. However my notice period is 90 days. I am following with HR for extending the joining date but no response again over email and I dont even have any number to call. Please suggest what to do.
2 days back I got an interview call from Genpact i.e., through zoom and later on for feedback they told me hr will get back to you the next day i got mail for the interview for the same role but in a different location should I consider this as a feedback. Anyone who has an idea about Genpact zoom interview process please tell me

This is the most horrible thing HR does 😡😡. Just stop doing this. We won't be interview ready when get a call just like that out of the blue, because we would have applied for numerous openings and we would just stammer at that moment
They ask basic questions just like 1) tell me about yourself ,long term short term goals . Strength and weakness etc 2) current affairs 3) your educational background related question like commerce or science related.. Hope it helps🙌🏻
saying X and Y project would be a double edge if they want you to work on Z. I would rather say "Finance related projects similar to what you are doing in X and Y".
This is how I dodged salary question… i said management approved iob must hv some range decided. May i know that? I will let you know that if that match with my range… i got 4 lpa as a fresher
Maybe try not to read out of a script. It looks robotic and dry. While you are shooting these videos, you can try and be natural and answer as a candidate
Salary expectations: Hiring managers are not dump. They are asking for a number. Angrezi nonsense won’t work. They will ask a number from the candidate
So much yapping yaar. Just keep it short and get to the point. Tell about youself, your work experiance, current and expected ctc. They will decide whether you are eligible or not. No need to deliver an essay.
If u give short answer you got rejected bro. They basically checks your communicational skills , that's my experience from the interviews I had given .
