- Take a walk around Iowa City Fire Department’s Enforcer® Pumper with Lieutenant Rick Childs. The blacked-out theme is new for the department and will improve durability of the truck and prevent corrosion in the future. Safety features include TAK-4® independent front suspension and a 360-degree camera, allowing the team to always see all sides of the truck. The truck is equipped with a 500-gallon tank, low hose bed and a sliding hose bed cover. Whew Iowa City! That's a gorgeous design. I've never seen a blacked out FS Q before!!! I also loved seeing the roll bars inside the cab. Great work IA City and Pierce!
Awesome Truck and I am glad to see it in Iowa City!!!
Whoa that's one mean gritty looking rig

Great looking truck. Like how low the hose bed is.
Sweet rig.
Amen, Keep ‘Em Safe🎉
So much to love about this truck, great job with the specs. The black out looks so sharp. Great job
Nice looking engine Iowa City
now THIS is peak apparatus
Amazing paint scheme, But Firetrucks SHOULD NOT have def systems on them. It is a huge hazard, and can cause major issues.
Agreed but it is required now. Thanks California for these issues.
@@tjfs7417 It's not smart, should be exempt. Case in point, your on a grass fire, and park your engine on the shoulder of the road, it goes into regen and the 1500 degree exhaust ignites the grass near the truck, now your trucks at risk of being on fire.. Same for brush trucks that are diesel, it puts them at risk of starting new fires in high brush.
Not many Rotoray lights in eastern Iowa. Beautiful truck ICFD!
Can't wait to join the team

What is going on in your city that you need to lock the DEF cap?
Why is this labeled as an Arrow XT on your website?
Hello. This apparatus is labeled as an Enforcer on our new deliveries page. www.piercemfg.com/customers/new-deliveries/iowa-city-fire-department-pumper-34923. Stay safe!
Not the new deliveries page, sorry about any confusion I might’ve caused.
@@johnnysbricks483 where on our website are you referencing?
Cool! Why the locking DEF?
I'm guessing that it adds a step (key) to avoid someone putting diesel into the DEF spot since they are co-located.
@@tjfs7417 that’s kinda what I figured but I wasn’t sure. Thank you!
Nicer.
