سلام رابعہ جی مجھے تو اس فلم میں VFX کے سواۓ کچھ بھی خاص نہیں لگا بلاشبہ محنت کی گٸ ہے مگر سٹار کاسٹ سمجھ سے باہر ہے ماسواۓ دو تین ادکاروں کے مگر سکرین پلے بہت کمزور ہے ۔ سین بہت لمبے اور بور کرنے والے ہیں ۔ تھیم کے لحاظ سے کاسٹیومز بھی سوٹ نہیں کیے کیا عمرو عیار لیدر پینٹس اور جیکٹس پہنتے تھے یا اس دور کی ہیروٸینز اتنی بولڈ ہو سکتی تھی اگر یہ ایک خیال بھی تھا تو صرف ڈاٸریکٹر کا خیال تھا جو پروڈیوسر اور عوام کو بھگتنا پڑا اور اب تک جتنے بھی ریویوز دیکھے آپ نے سب سے باریک تجزیہ کیا شکریہ۔۔۔❤❤❤❤
honestly i was put off by the trailer, and not interested in watching the movie.
what was missing in the trailer was conspicuously not in the reviews while mentioning umro.
and here too it's missing!
critics ignorant about umro's super power!!
the makers either cursorily read umro and amir hamza, and if did thoroughly then didn't have the guts and the resources to do it.
the vfx that would have been the mother of all fx in the movie.
umro's zanbeel. the magical bag that can accommodate anything of any size.
the vfx which are being raved about are as old as the hollywood hills!
other than that your review is honest and has rationale.
like minded me have also mentioned a number of times to have scripts checked and rechecked by script docs.
what a waste! the highlight of umro overlooked, that i pointed under the trailer and now responding to reviews about it. all speechless!!

New filmmakers need to sit with lollywood veterans to understand how to structure a film. In this film there was zero anticipation or impact
You are absolutely correct in your observation but the problem with the new filmmakers is they only ask veterans for help after shooting the whole film and then it is almost impossible to make required changes.

The film had no defining moments. Like in Avengers one knows that if Thanos wears all five stones and snaps the finger, it's over. But in Umro Ayyar there was no such 'visual indicator' that the audience could look forward to
I don’t understand how farhan who is from Hollywood did so many Hollywood movie, created the shittiest movie so far. Whoever cut the trailer should be ban to even touch the any editing software, boring acting, no screen play, no continuity, shame on director and actors 😢😢😢

I went to watch this with my brother who has read the original novels and he was so disappointed with the film..i have not read them and found the film just as awful and devoid of anything believable. Director has just assumed that with the help of special effects and 10 mins appearances from 2 Class A actors Hamza and Adnan this would be enough...how wrong he is....then to boast it will be bigger than Maula Jatt..really deluded.

Plz review na baligh afraad as early as possible, so I can decide whether to watch it or not
It is not conflicting at all to carry guns by henchmen of all powerful evil sorcerer. Let me give an example, Thanos is world conquering titan, he has magical powers, his henchmen have different kind of abilities, he had support of futuristic weaponry but his henchmen used guns and spears. The challenge for filmmakers is to convert these stories, folk lores and myths into pieces of fiction which can attract modern day audience. It was a nice attempt. Umroayar I read about during my childhood was a master swordsman along being a clever person. His main weapon was his wits but he was a capable physical fighter as well.
But the guns and spears are other wordly at least
