What is it like as a POC studying in Loughborough, both the city and University? I've heard conflict stories about negative attitudes and micro transgressions towards us. It's kinda putting me off.
Hey there. To be honest for the majority of my time at Loughborough (and certainly all the time on campus), I didn’t feel as though people had negative attitudes towards me on the basis of race. I found the Loughborough locals to be very friendly.
Accommodation recommendations for Chem Engineering Look I'm going Uni this year and put Loughborough as firm is it possible to come to London every week cos I live in London Plus are the gyms free for students
Hey there. Yeah, if you want to go back to London then that’s fine. The train journey between Loughborough and London is about 1hr 10min to 1hr 40min depending on whether you get the fast train or slow train. If you’re driving, it’s about a 3hr drive. So there’s that to consider.
Hello, is it easy to find a part time job in Loughborough considering that the town isn't that big so there might not be enough part time jobs for students
Hello. I am a student looking forward to start studying Accounting and Finance at Loughborough. How would you rate the experience and diversity for this course at Loughborough? Would be lovely if you answer my question. Definitely a little nervous
That’s great! Loughborough is a great university, and I’m not sure too much about your second question. I would assume that the diversity is fine. It’s going to be great, good luck!
Hey buddy I am looking to study Msc. In sports management from Loughborough university. So please tell me something about the course and bit about the placements. And how you would Really recommend this university for sport management and if not Loughborough than which University is the substitute of lboro.? And how tough Is to get Placement from university itself.?
That sounds good! Loughborough is a great university for sports. I don’t know too much about the course because I didn’t study it. But, I do have videos on my channel that talk about placements.
So as a post graduate, I believe you can still apply to live in an undergraduate hall. But, you may need to act as a Warden or take up some job in the hall. It's worth checking with the accommodation office of the uni.
This is such an awesome video. Loughborough sounds like an awesome university to study at. What grade did you get?
Thanks for the comment! I’ll be revealing my uni grade in my next video 😁
@@mistamontero I can’t wait for it!
