I love and hate this video in equal mesuares.. but dont mind me im just sore because broke my foot falling from a partner stunt about weeks 5 ago and now im benched for the rest of the season.. You guys are absolutly solid., kudos
1:50........ back handspring back up??? All of her momentum was falling yet he had enough strength to throw her up... truly incredible. Respect from another cheer guy.
All of the athletes in this video are amazing! Going to be such an inspiration to me over these holidays. I've been doing cheer for almost half a year now, in group and partner, both level 1. But i'm hoping to reach level 3 partner stunting by July next year. I'm almost able to hit hands extensions, and half-up to hands (I'm a lightweight). Do you guys have any advice for me from when you guys started out?
Actually Alex Kain the Stunt is called the Not-A-Whip, largely due to the fact that it actually is not a whip up, if it was you would get kicked in the head, its more of a layout actually, and there are no front aerial ups in this video, there was a side aerial up thrown by me though.
@chazstahs All about the techniq. Muscle helps a bit but good form is key, im only 185 lbs and i thought i was small, i know 165,170 lb guys going stright to extension and libs
So... I never appreciated cheerleading outside of the pretty girls until this. Amazing skill and strength. Great job!
That was a backhand, whip up which is even more impressive and a front arial up too. Very cool.
wow! They make partner stunting look so easy, its literally amazing!

What's going on starting at 3:36? what are the girls holding in their mouths? Is that to keep their heads in, or a rookie hazing tradition lol ?
