I mean...funny enough, every character in the game has an Unlimited/Boss file. Save for Es and Mai. If you try replacing them with the normal character files, it'll crash the game. (Save for Ragna, Izanami and Nine, for obvious reasons.)
I'd imagine he has all moves unlocked asap and proceeds to spam his 632146D. That definitely won't tickle, especially with poison ticking each step of the way.
-Dash takes off instantly without having the slow startup. -4D and 2 charge 8D hits the opponent and knocks them back as a DP. -6A can be repeated up to 3 times and causes Guard Crush. -Moves will be at max level as soon as they're unlocked. -The cursor will skip over moves that are already unlocked. -214A is fast as if it were level 1 while still having level 3 properties. -63214C is incredibly fast and be comboed into. -Can cancel any special into another. -Can do 236236D even if the sword icon is locked, and if it's unlocked, it does the attack twice, dealing more damage. -632146D will use all specials even if they're locked. -2 charge 8D can be done outside of Overdrive and recovers instantly. -The laser at the end of 632146D can be done as a separate Distortion, 632146C. -Overdrive instantly unlocks all moves and increases his damage output.
Just recently got to this boss fight after first starting playing on and off in May this year. Thanks for the distortion combo; the video you used really helped to keep the poison going. I didn't do it as flawlessly as you did it, but I did end it with an astral. I'd rather have to fight Ragna three times than face boss Nine (depth 30) at all.
l swear, if the time limit rule where they win if time runs out wasn't a thing, the difficulty of these battles would be *MASSIVELY* scaled down......then again, that's like, boss terumis whole thing literally....

Sadly even tough it's supposed to use all your heat it caps at 60, since you use 50 for the jabaku fuenjin you are supposed to only have 50 more, it caps at 60 because you slowly gain heat if you are on active flow, but after that Terumi stops the draining and just kicks his opponent
