When I clean it always helps if I have an “I don’t know” box. I put things I don’t know what to do with in there. That way I save it until the end and don’t waste time thinking about it until everything else is done.
I understand your decision to part ways with the clothing aspect of Ordinary Owl - I was literally checking just the other day to see if it was back! That being said, I'm so sad I missed out on the Bony Pony Club merch! There is not enough thestral love out there!
About 30 years ago, one of my teachers asked us to write down (among other questions) what we loved to do at home, what bought us joy. My answer was: organizing the clothes in my family's cupboards. After that, I felt a bit ashamed I didn't have a cooler answer, but I did love organizing back then, too. So satisfying. 😌 Today, I think it was the most original and unique answer. 😎
Honestly would love it if you started incorporating like tidying tips/organizing tips in your vlogs! I am a practical learner so I like learning things by seeing other people do them. So nice to catch up!🤗

Ive always remembered my dreams and I can “force” myself to bring them back and change aspects if I need to. It’s rare for me to have nights where I can’t remember.
I’m an introvert as well. I suffer from anxiety (actually I was in the hospital yesterday for it). Knowing that I’m not alone makes me feel better. Thank you.

Yes to having both introversion and anxiety. Thinking someone else has ever felt alone, too weird, too this too that makes my heart ache. Part of why I’m too chatty is that I never want someone to feel unloved or not valuable! We all have different struggles- none is any less valid than someone else’s. I have ADD and anxiety. I like organizing and cleaning certain things. I’ve started a new homeopathic medication for my ADD and anxiety. (I am not against other types of medication, this was just a long process with my doctor seeing what works and dosages and side effects weren’t right) (I am editing and realizing I missed the detail that the first day I started my new medication I happily scrubbed my oven door on a lunch break and said- um yes, finally, joy in the chores I don’t want to do) I’m also using a to-do list app that gives me more dopamine than pen and paper somehow. I now do one chore on my lunch break from work (I wfh) and quite like it. I’m able to mentally get back into my work faster since the chore isn’t in the back of my mind. I also am less overwhelmed by the weekend. It’s a work in progress. I am slowly finding the right organization compromises for me and my husband. Long story short- I would highly enjoy hearing organizational and cleaning tips from a fellow introvert with anxiety. Honestly I’d probably still like you if those traits weren’t true. 😊

I also struggle with dialing numbers in my dreams, and I've heard it's because dreams and the ability to think logically with numbers are controlled by different sides of the brain. Dreams are created more by the right side, and during the night it´s more active and logical left side is more dormant. Maybe not true, but that's what I've heard and I think it sounds likely

Hello, wanted to mention a couple things about your dreams. According to a sleep doctor I used to work with, you aren’t supposed to be able to read or do math in your dreams. The part of your brain needed for those tasks is not functioning when you’re dreaming. Also dreaming about teeth falling out represents feelings of insecurity or inadequacy. This could also have something to do with being anxious about your appearance to others. Hope that gives you a little more to think about. Love your videos. ❤
I am the same when it comes to my older videos. I don’t rewatch sit-down videos but travel and experience based ones, I do rewatch sometimes because they bring back memories in a way that looking at photos cannot. Love how open you are about going to therapy and I’m so happy for you about the treadmill working out (no pun intended 😅) so well for you!
Were you serious about starting a cleaning and organising channel! I would so watch that! Yesterday, after watching this vlog, I did what you suggested. I needed to tidy and clean my bedroom so I dumped everything on my bed like you suggested and got to work! Changed by bedding afterwards, it was amazing!!!! I managed to get a whole room done all at once (I have ADHD). So going to try this method for the rest of my house - use sofa for lounge, kitchen table for the kitchen and desk for the office!
I have ADHD also. Almost every time my mom sent me to clean my room when I was a kid I would reorganize any furniture I could lift. I am infamous for being productive, just not always the productive thing I set out to do. Such an odd little procrastinator I am. My room and closet have always been so disorganized. I can easily tackle the kitchen. It’s clothing that overwhelms me I believe. Oh and holiday hand-me-down decorations from loved ones; they are multiplying.

I do the same thing with my dreams. I have very vivid dreams and remember them. I have the same dream about my teeth and my therapist says it’s your brain telling you that you want to voice certain things but held back from saying it. Don’t know if that’s true for you! But you are not alone with the dream thing!

I hope you get your beach holiday. You talking about it reminded me of the holiday you filmed when you went to Egypt. It looked like so much fun, minus the fall and following recovery. @CherryWallis I have had those same type of continuing dreams. In fact, I am currently writing a Dystopian trilogy that is completely created from writing down a long line of my dreams. I wrote a horror series based on continuing nightmares too.

I can undertsand the beach part! My only holiday each year is going to this small isalnd in the north sea and enjjoy the sea and the beach. So I get that! I have the same dream thing. If I don't remember my dreams, I'll remember them when I go to sleep again. I have seen mobile phones in my dreams, and even used them.
I absolutely love dreams, the more bizarre the better. I still vividly remember the nightmares I had as a child. The worst one was teeth related too. My jaw would clamp shut and keep getting tighter until my teeth crush 😵

Apologies for not being clear, my treadmill has software built into it. It's called iFit... good news is, you can get the app on most devices and watch all the same content (it is a paid subscription).
It's crazy to hear, but i have the same thing with my dreams. So vivid. Like little movies. Some i even wrote down because i thought it were good book ideas.. sometimes it's amazing, sometimes really crazy and scary and full of anxiety... also had some lucid dreaming experiences.. just really really scary 😶

I remember a little bit of a nightmare I had ... A teacher asked me a question and I didn't know it so she beat me up in front of everyone and everything that could go wrong in a classroom happened and im not sure on anything else but that's what I remember. I woke up and couldn't get ANY sleep. It was awful. Edit: ok and I have anxiety too so I allways fear that something really bad is gonna happen in front of people from school and my life will be ruined! I hate nightmares 😭
Hi Cherry. Most nights I remember my dreams. I also have dream recall the next night. As long as I can remember the last few moments of a dream I can continue dreaming it. I also find if I fall asleep on my left side I have the worst messed up dreams ever so I definitely tend to avoid that. Anyway have an awesome day with the family. 🙂

My mother, well be 80 in April, lives with me, and my sister lives in a little house on the same property. @CherryWallis I have had those same type of continuing dreams. In fact, I am currently writing a Dystopian trilogy that is completely created from writing down a long line of my dreams. I wrote a horror series based on continuing nightmares too.

I absolutely love dreams, the more bizarre the better. I still vividly remember the nightmares I had as a child. The worst one was teeth related too. My jaw would clamp shut and keep getting tighter until my teeth crush 😵

It's crazy to hear, but i have the same thing with my dreams. So vivid. Like little movies. Some i even wrote down because i thought it were good book ideas.. sometimes it's amazing, sometimes really crazy and scary and full of anxiety... also had some lucid dreaming experiences.. just really really scary 😶
I know that Joel Wood enjoys baking AND Harry Potter so I hope that is the person you may be considering doing a Magical baking video with 😍 Since he moved and is apparently closer to you now, I think you two would have fun like the other time you got together. I was absolutely thrilled when I saw you two out and about together. When you see people you watch do collab videos, it's always a double treat. I do it maybe once a year (lol I should probably do it more) but I just do shelf by shelf and take everything off and clean it and put it back.

Yeah I think it's probably my favourite out of the two.
I remember a little bit of a nightmare I had ... A teacher asked me a question and I didn't know it so she beat me up in front of everyone and everything that could go wrong in a classroom happened and im not sure on anything else but that's what I remember. I woke up and couldn't get ANY sleep. It was awful.
Edit: ok and I have anxiety too so I allways fear that something really bad is gonna happen in front of people from school and my life will be ruined!

Hi Cherry. Most nights I remember my dreams. I also have dream recall the next night. As long as I can remember the last few moments of a dream I can continue dreaming it. I also find if I fall asleep on my left side I have the worst messed up dreams ever so I definitely tend to avoid that. Anyway have an awesome day with the family. 🙂
