Hi Hamza, I'm a little different from most of your followers since I'm a girl, but I've recently turned 18 and have been doing self-improvement since late February thanks to you. I've lost 6kg and am starting to look a bit leaner, but definitely have a long way to go. I still am struggling with my confidence and don't really like how I look, but I'm almost out of high school and am hoping to make big changes once I escape the people I've known all my life's perceptions of me. I've mastered going to the gym as a habit, started running 3 weeks ago and can run 7k, and am eating right but I still am struggling in school and have terrible anxiety. I'll update in a month or two and hopefully with this video I'll be doing better! EDIT: Wow, totally forgot I made this post. I'm now 7.5kg down and gaining muscle. I've been told I "glew up" and to be honest, men and women both treat me way different now - especially men (they're super nice out of the blue). I've ran up to 16km now and am aiming for a half marathon in October. It's crazy - I actually like taking pictures of myself now. I would've laughed at myself for saying this 5 months ago but self-improvement has genuinely changed my life EDIT: Still running, still lifting (less so now, more lifting and less running in the winter), and still focusing on improving every day! My biggest regret from when I first started this journey is focusing way too much on physical self-improvement and not enough on academic or financial improvement. It's easy to dream of getting a 6 pack and girls/guys wanting you so you put in the work, but it's not easy to grind through school knowing that no one will celebrate your accomplishments but yourself and the rewards will come years later. I just finished my first year of uni and my grades were mediocre. I sacrificed so many free hours when I could've been mastering how to study watching RUclips; even if it's self-improvement content, you are wasting time that could be used to actually take action and better your life. It's easy to feel productive watching others grind, but we must remember that if we're not doing it ourselves in our own lives it means nothing. Nowadays, a lot of people watch a couple motivational videos, start working out, and then develop God complexes at the first sign of muscle when they still have $10 in their bank account and all Cs. This was me, but things are going to change. This summer I'm going to work out, but I'm also going to be studying in my free time, taking some additional (non-university) courses, working full-time, and launching a business. You will never be this young and free again, take the time to learn how to be your best self in EVERY way. Starting a new journey and hoping the next update will be better!
@@keiichihayakawa Fr. I'm really struggling to apply the same discipline, motivation, and energy into my academics/looks outside of fitness rn. The journey's real tough when its not something ur passionate abt
Honestly this video is basically a summary of Hamza's entire channel. I started watching Hamza 2-3 months ago and I really threw myself into all his videos. I absorbed all the advice like a sponge and watching this video make me feel like I'm squeezing the sponge to really see all the juice that its holding. Now that I've gotten past the initial stage of self improvement and have a clearer view of my purpose, all this advice really seems like basic logic and I almost can't believe how bad I was at life just a few months ago. I want to put out a few of my goals into this comment section so that I can return here if I get lost. I will hit 175 lbs by the end of the winter. I will cut down to 10% bf over the spring. I will keep reading every day with the goal of finishing 1 book a week. I will keep practicing volleyball everyday, whether it is playing, strength training or plyometrics, and this time next year I will be on my uni's Varsity team. Finally, I will decide my career path before next summer through meditation and introspection. Hamza, thank you so much for all your help, I really feel like I'm on the path that I want to be on. Thank you to anyone who took the time to read this. Much love bros

Hamza, you probably won't read this, but thank you. About a year ago i started watching your videos, and my life has honestly changed for the better. I never would've imagined myself where i am now. When i first started watching your videos, i took the NHS mental health test and i was rated 18/21 for depression and 15/21 for anxiety. now i am only at 5 for depression and 4 for anxiety. Thank you Hamza for everything

As a 14yo it really helped me to get into cooking, you learn from your family and spend time with them. You can also control what you eat. Make something you can share and offer them to people you want to talk to and become friends. Cooking is key in my life. (Girls are also pretty interested by guys who cook but that’s extra). I will let y’all know how my life turns out in a few years.
Just join your discord and found you today. You have given me a fuzzy feeling that I dont feel unless I am praying (not comparing to god) and i want to thank you for what youve done in such little time. I am now fully committing thanks to you. You are amazing.
Im 14, been on self improvement for almost 6 months. Started No fap, been working out, deleted tik tok and insta, being improving in football (my passion) and have been grooming. Honestly it's been so good for me and really opened my eyes on how the world is. I could barely do 20 push ups and now I'm doing 200, my social skills and game have improved. I've also really improved my looks and style. I wanna thank you because you motivated me to take this root seriously. Im still need to improve my discipline but that's all apart of the journey and I'm not going to beat myself up too much. Keep up the great work bro❤️👊🏾.
Wow dude. I started at 22... You have the WORLD ahead of you. REALLY! You can do so much good, and improve so many peoples lives, and be rewarded for it. STAY THE COURSE!
I now recommend Hamza to all of my friends. He has helped me become better in so many ways and has helped me get out of depression and anxiety. I was overweight about 5 months ago and didn't know what career I want peruse. I have now lost 9kgs, and am now almost mentally stable and I actually have a sense of having goals in life. Thanks a lot Hamza...
this is quite litteraly the only video that I watched without skipping and even go back. My self improvement starts here and Im glad you made that video. Honestly I cant thank you enough this really opened my eyes
Since youre just starting out my number 1 tip would be to always hold yourself accountable and stay true to your purpose. I wish you the best on your journey
This is the first self improvement video I watched rewatching it today thinking of how much progress I’ve made makes me so grateful thank you younger self
I have been reading books, going to the gym, cooking, cleaning my room, setting myself goals, getting good grades and live more actively as a teenager. This is all after I moved out of my home country and had to abandon friends. I eventually abandoned toxic relationships and now I feels great. Don't let a silly crush to some woman your not going to love in 2 years ruin you. This is my advice as a fellow teen so build discipline, read and self-care.
You have really helped me improve. I achieved a lot of skills, I got the body I back then thought was impossible to get and am generally fulfilled. The one and only problem I have is procrastination. I am working on it and it's been getting better. I'm glad I discovered you so early, I'm 14 years old. I hope other people my age get to discover you aswell Much love from Germany
Got a 9 for the depression and a 11 for anxiety. My dad died a few days ago in the Hospital. I'm getting somewhat bullied at school and I can't do anything about it because I'm a skinny white kid. I'm a quarter of the way through the video. (I did the pushups). This dude is the most motivating man I have ever seen. I'm gonna start getting built so I can get these kids bullying me to fuck off I'll fight if I gotta I just wanna get back to normal. I'll eat healthier and reduce social media usage. And get the hell off of my Xbox 8 hours a day. I'll update y'all in a week. Thank you Hamza.
Hi Hamza, I am an out of shape, overachieving fourteen year old who doesn't want to end up stuck in the nine to five life. I am in the IB program and score As and high Bs. My goals are to learn website programming and start a RUclips channel with my friends. I scored a 21 in both sections of the mental health test. I have a terrible relationship with my parents and a large friend group with only two real friends. I have an addiction to youtube and reddit and want a dopamine detox. I am trying to find meaning in my life through business and money. I want to have finished my development course and made a decent income from advertisements, I want to have a a small growing fanbase on youtube and I want to get in shape. In one year, this day, this time, I will see if I have fixed my life. This comment is an incentive for me to work toward reaching them! Wish me luck!
Been on self improvement for 125 days now and I did the NHS Test and scored 0 on depression and 1 in anxiety and near the start I got like 6 in depression and 8 in anxiety. So I've come along way.
I’m about to start my self improvement right now and i scored a 21 on depression and 20 on anxiety so hopefully i get better lol. any vids that helped you the most that you could recommend?
@@NHKmeatrider I reccomend Hamza's video on ''How to meditate'' and ''How to gratitude journal.''The videos are useful ,but you actually need to take action after the video to get your mental health good.Going for walks in forests and fields and meditating and gratitude journaling frequently have worked the most for my mental health.Hope that helped.
Nice, I've been on self improvement for about 3 months, started with 18 in depression and 6 in anxiety, now I'm 5 in depression and 1 in anxiety, we all gonna make it brah 💪
Maybe someone needs to hear this: It's not worth caring about being popular in Highschool. I made this mistake and now I know it's not worth it. I'm out of 12th grade now for half a year and only the really close friendships stay. The rest doesn't matter at all! So don't waste your time worrying about what others think about you or make others like you and instead focus on yourself!
If you die tonight, do you know where you're going? Did you know that Jesus Christ is THE only way to Heaven and He loves you? Through Him, God offers you a FREE gift - forgiveness. All you need to do is repent, turn away from your sins and evil ways, from now on put your faith completely in Jesus Christ and be obedient to Him. Biblical explanation of the Gospel: God doesn’t want anybody in hell because He loves us, but you must understand why we deserve hell and why those who refuse to live under His authority will go there. (Matthew 12:30) ''Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters.'' He gave us the law (Ten Commandments) not to make us righteouss, but rather to show us our sin (Romans 3:20). God gave us free will and since Adam sinned in the garden, sin is the nature of our flesh and we ALL have sinned. (Romans 3:23) The law demands death to those who sin (Romans 6:23). For someone to be justified before holy God they have to be sinless, that's why everyone need Jesus Christ for He lived a sinless life. None of us are good in God’s eyes, because for God good means moral perfection. We all have broken God’s commandments, we all have sinned in our lives so none of us are good. ‘’For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it.’’ (James 2:10). Good News is that Jesus Christ lived a perfect, holy, sinless life, Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, He was buried and He was raised from the dead on the third day according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3-4) For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.’’ (John 3:16) We aren’t saved based on our good deeds/works, but only by the grace of God through faith. ''For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9) Jesus said ‘’it is finished’’ (John 19:30) just before He died on the cross, which means He paid the fine for our sins (past, present, future) to be forgiven if we repent and trust in Him. ''What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not!'' (Romans 6:15) ''Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out'' (Acts 3:19) Repentance is a turning away from sin and all evil works, and it always results in changed behavior (Luke 3:8). Biblically, a person who repents does not continue willfully in sin. While sorrow from sin is not equivalent to repentance, it is certainly an element of scriptural repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10). Do not play a hypocrite. ''God is light; in Him there is no darkness at all. If we claim to have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.'' (1 John 1:5-6) If you have repented and have genuine faith in Jesus Christ then you will receive the gift of Holy Spirit and be born-again spiritually. (John 3:3) Jesus replied, "Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again." When you believed, you were marked in Him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession - to the praise of His glory. (Ephesians 1:13-14) You are born again with the Spirit of Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him. (John 3:36) ''You will know them by their fruits'' (Matthew 7) If you have been truly born-again with the Holy Spirit and He has regenerated your heart, you will desire righteousness - to do what is good and righteous in God's eyes, to seek God everyday in His Word and prayer, to strengthen your relationship with God. You will no longer desire to willfully continue living in sin but will want to obey God out of your love for Him because of His amazing grace revealed to us through the death and resurrection of His Son. ''Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.'' (2 Corinthians 5:17) ''For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.'' (Eph 2:10) You will have a testimony - of what your life had been before and how has it changed now when you have surrendered it to Lord Jesus Christ. As a declaration and affirmation of your faith in Jesus Christ, get baptised in water because He commanded us to do so. In John 3:5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.'' ''Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit'' (Matthew 28:19) ''Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.'' (Acts 2:41) ''And this water symbolizes the baptism that now saves you also - not the removal of dirt from the body, but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God - through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,'' (1 Peter 3:21) ''We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.'' (Romans 6:4) ''Having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through your faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead.'' (Colossians 2:12) Please get right with God and start your relationship with Jesus Christ today before it’s too late, because there’s not much time left! "But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.’’ (Mark 13:32) Get to know Christ through God's Word - Bible. At first I recommend reading Gospel of John and book of Romans. God bless you! Jeremiah 29:13 - ''You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.''
I had to learn this lesson myself popularity isn’t everything. Everything hangs on you to make a better future for yourself instead of caring what people say
I'm about to be 21 and i like to thank you hamza for guiding me in this journey. It's been almost like 1 yr in which i have taken the responsibility of improving myself and i've seen many improvement. I got into self improvement very late, which gives me a feeling of regret. Btw, best of luck everybody. We all gonna make it brahs
Hello Hamza: I recall being 177 pounds (77 kg) when I was in the fourth grade. I am now 13 and have acquired a lot of weight during my life. I'm currently 204 (92 kg) pounds and I really want to lose weight since it makes me feel horrible about myself and makes me feel drained and fatigued all day. If I remember, I'll update you on my progress.
I've just turnt 14 about 2 weeks ago, Last month I weighed around 176-179 LBS, Now I weigh 165-167 LBS, I simply just ate alot less by calculating the calories I should be consuming to loose weight using some websites, and I got outside not even everyday, maybe 3-4 days a week, and just played basektball with my friends, did some jogging, some biking, and just got a bit more active; however- since it is winter now and colder outside, I suggest doing laps in your school's gym or buying a gym membership which is fairly cheap. Trust me bro, Your confidence will improve direly, and just focus on that, but do it everyday, and make sure you drink plenty of water, cut out all sugary drinks, juices, drink NOTHING but WATER ONLY, and make sure to cut out sugar, and make sure to cut out junk food, and make sure you get a good amount of sleep everynight, I wish you the best of luck friend.
I have started to outgrow the party phase of my life that has lasted for 4 years now.(16-20) almost every weekend I have gone out to drink and party with friends and strangers. But now I have realized how meaningless one night stands are compared to good relationship. Now I will focus on quitting alcohol and drugs and overhaul my life habits. Good habits include: Gym, cooking meditating, journaling, school, dancing, nofap, reading, socializing Bad habits: gaming, drinking, mouth tobacco, partying
You are truly a legendary person Hamza by providing us with so much value, really excited for this video. Because of your influence, I've been exercising everyday meditating and journaling, you a goat.

A few weeks ago I got a 11 for depression and 8 for anxiety. Today I did the test again and got a 4 for depression and a 1 for anxiety. Proud for myself.
Actually cried tears of joy at the end of this video, those last few minutes of the video really hit me and gave me so much hope knowing that I am doing this at 16 years of age and how far ahead I actually am of others around me, Hamza, thank you, you really are changing lives and turning spergs to Real, succesful Men , Love you brother, keep up the videos because it's truly paying off.

I'm currently a freshman in highschool and overweight. The first time I had ever actively worked out was literally the start of the summer in 2021 when training for the soccer team. I weighed 210 lbs (95kg) when I began and could barely bench and squat a barbell. Now, I weigh 195 lbs (88kg), have a bench max of about 120, and a squat max of 150. I have made a lot more progress than I ever thought, and I'm continuing to go to the gym outside of the season. I've made some progress and I hope to continue this trend. This video has been a massive inspiration for me, thank you.
@@walphka Actually, yes. I've actually gained some weight back, weighing roughly 200 lbs (90kg) now, however I have also gotten stronger. Last I checked my bench max is about 145 lbs and a squat max of 240. Although I haven't lost as much weight as I wanted, I have still grown and plan to continue in the future.
I’m 21 now, and I’m so glad I started working toward where I am now at 17. It took me 3 years to make anything more than a couple coins, but now RUclips is about 1/2 my income. Soon enough it’ll be full time. If you’re a teenager, get going wit it
The first impression part hit me the hardest. Something that I've noticed in my personal journey of self-discovery is how BIG the difference is on my own confidence and the treatment I get between the people who know me for my entire childhood and people who just met me. I could try so many things but I will always be that same old dork to that certain group. And no matter how much I try, it's going to be hard to change it. That's why you gotta get friends outside your usual zone. Because it's a fresh canvas where you can avoid the mistakes you did last time, and I assure you, it does help. My self-confidence gets way higher when I am around new people
Hamza is a different type of motivation, study motivation motivates you to study, gym motivation motivates you to go to the gym and Hamza motivates you to live your life.
36:39 this was exactly my problem, I was trying to balance my self improvement, making money, and school. Started struggling and weighed the three together to see which one needed to be taken out, I chose to stop school because I wasn't really learning anything and it was messing with my mental health. It was really hard to convince my parents and family but I stood my ground and now I'm pretty satisfied rn my fitness and overall well-being is doing really good and I'm making pretty good money that I could buy things that I never would've been able to. I'm saving majority of it though to later invest on something that would interest me in the future. Part of why I decided to stop school is to build new habits and remove my old shitty ones during this year, so when next school year arrives I can manage myself better. Good luck on other teenagers that's trying to improve, let's all grow together 👌🏼
I am glad I am watching this as a 12 year old so I will be extra prepared when I am being a teenager. For example, I started to workout a ton and I noticed my body getting more and more muscular. I also started to feel less regretful of myself and haven't felt down. This video reassures me that the hard work will keep getting paid off and if you are a teenager struggling with the same kind of stuff, I want you to think, "If a fucking 12 year old is doing it, I can too."
Thank you Hamza. I am trying to better myself before the end of my teenage years. I've started going to the gym at least 4 times a week, which is huge improvement for me. I've also started meditating every day. THANK YOU!

Thank you so much for this video, i was reluctant to watch it, but it really helped me, specially the criticism part. I've been into self-improvement for more than a year now, and i've seen my progress in my actions and physics, but i still have a lot of issues dealing with social skills, anxiety and fear of failure, which i am working on right now. Your videos are helping me so much right now, and as a brazilian teenager living in the countryside, without many available resources but the internet to learn about this stuff around here, i am grateful that i could understand every word you said, and i'll take that advice. Thank you so much.

Right now Hamza I'm 12 years old I'm turning 13 in July 16 2022 and I would like to say to you that I'm really thankful for what you have taught me like being a better person from all the things I"m quiting for example gaming, I used to spend all my time playing video games but thanks to you I'm going back to reading books wanting to workout and be strong just like you. But I think my purpose in life is to be apart of the USMC so I can protect people who cant protect themselves because I have personally been through that too. when i have to retire from the USMC I will have a child i will teach him to be as strong and as masculine as I will be
great video hamza, one of the biggest tips I can give anyone is to start meditating and practicing mindfulness, listen to money affirmations and keep a journal and write down your feelings, acknowledge your feelings, leave your ego aside, if you're feeling down write it, if you're feeling happy write it also write all the things you are grateful for. Stray strong guys good luck!

It's crazy to think how much this video would have immensely helped me going through my teenage years. Everything Hamza said not to do in this video, or avoid doing rather, was exactly what I did growing up through my teenage years. Everyday after school I would just go home and play videogames the entire day, what made it worse was that I was naturally good at academics in school which meant that I had no motivation or any push to even think about studying after school. I was socially inept, I refused to go out since I was so obssessed with videogames, whether it was my really good friends that would invite me out, or my parents worrying about me and just want me to go out to have some fresh air at the very least. A few people in my classes then were pretty convinced that I had some form of autism, I'm not btw, because of my lack of social awareness at the time, they told me this later. I would also waste my time going on social media and looking at influencers with really good build and are attractive which eventually dug a rabbit hole that I couldn't get out of until recently that is insecurity. When College arrived it just got even worse, my mental health just plummeted. Everyone around me was out partying, social groups formed in College and there was me being a loner and had absolutely 0 confidence in talking to just about anyone. I would eventually find it hard to keep up with my studies because I was so worried about things like, my appearance, social skills, lack of friends. But instead of trying to change, I just went back to videogames afterschool and made no progress at all since videogames was my escape. Just simply a lot of 'time wasting' during my teenage years which looking back, I'm regretting not doing something that would have made me happy now, but at the same time I am thankful that it happened because now I am fully aware of it and am actively avoiding it. I'm 20 now and honestly, even though this video was a guide made for teenagers in mind, this video is helping me a lot. Despite being at this age, I still feel like a child inside just lacking knowledge and wisdom in absolutely everything imagineable. I have recently quit videogames, or at least cut it out a whole lot, but it's not even helping just yet because I'm just spending more time on other platforms like RUclips or Twitch to burn my time. But to me, it's a small step. Your note at the end saying that you started the self-improvement journey at the age of 22 really drives it in me that it's honestly never too late for self-improvement. I am now taking baby-steps to removing bad habits to form new healthier ones, like doing exercises regularly and staying away from social media platforms. Thank you Hamza for all the advice and best of luck to the younger ones in the comment sections, you are blessed to have someone like Hamza to steer you to the right path and I am here to cheer you on!
Doing my update during this study abroad year. It’s hell learning a new language but I’m so excited to come back to my old community and reap the benefits of my self improvement.
I like how i used to hear him telling me i suck at social skills and i dont go to the gym and these things But now i do these things and i improved alot
From grade 1-4 i really liked this girl, we were BEST friends. I liked her though. If i got the courage to tell her and she didn't feel the same way, i would be fine as long as it didn't ruin our friendship because she is the best friend ive ever had, we spent every da together (even in the summer). I didnt know my parents were going to make me switch schools, i remember saying to myself "Next year on the first day of school YOU WILL tell her or else you will never respect yourself again" but i switched schools and didnt have a phone and never talked to her or saw her ever again. I tried to move on. a few years later i found a girl, i thought i liked her and told her how i felt because from that experience it would just be harder to tell her the longer i kept it in. We became bf and gf. I ended up suffering from bad mental health stuff alter on with the pandemic and a lot of people around the world suffering. Then when it's feeling like the worst week of my life, i get to Friday after the week felt like a month and i check my texts, there's one from my gf, i smile because it always makes me feel a little better to see a text from her. It was a break up text. I was calm about it at first but the next day she kissed a guy at McDonalds and practically tarted dating another guy. Anyways at this point im in grade 8 and have a phone, i was able to find the other girl and she still wants to be friends. I managed to tell her i had a huge crush on her, to me she is the PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT girl, we text for a while and our friendship almost instantly comes back after 4 years. Then my gf broke up with me and was a bitch after and continues to be one months later, out of respect for the other person i promised myself whenever im in a break up i will not date anyone until at least a month has passed. It's been 3 months. When hamza said "The most perfect women that you can think of; that's your goal" I immediately didn't think, out of pure instinct i thought of that girl who i liked since grade one, i straightened my posture and my eyes widened. I'm going to ask her out now. Thank you man.

Hamza back with the facts spitting as per usual. Expect nothing less from this man. Keep up the good shit. You've given me an edge to get a headstart in life, along with all the other guys in here. Thanks bro.
Thanks Hamza I really needed to hear this, I started my self improvement journey way back when I was around 15 and over the years I have been on and off. I can definitely say that I've improved but not to the degree that I wanted to. I've recently got back into making youtube videos and doing fitness. To all those younger kids watching this stay focused don't expect too much as thats what made me lose the drive to be better. Compare yourself to what you were before and never give up you've got this.
I am leaving this comment here to remind myself that this is where I started my transformation. Today is the day I start change. Gonna flex on you in a few years
Is it possible to do a video on regrets? Jeffrey has plenty of regrets, Adonis has no regrets. I'm 21 but I feel like I wasted my teen years, I only got into self improvement shortly before my 17th birthday. I could've done more, but oh well, the only thing in my control now is to maximize my potential for the rest of my 20s. However, I'm grateful that I've been doing a lot better for the past 4 years - picked up yoga, swimming, went to the gym for 2 years before the pandemic and still do home workouts. And my academics were good enough to let me join a good engineering school and be on the Dean's List. Still got a long way to go. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Edit: Dale Carnegie's book is a classic, I've been reading it since 2017.
I really really really love how he doesn’t go “tsk”, tired, fed up or annoyed with the questions. He always helps and he never judges, man he’s the best

It feels like an accomplishment to finish watching this video. To anyone out there that watched the full thing without getting distracted, congrats! You found out your flaws, understood that you needed to fix them, and you handled it like a champ. Gl ya'll.
He said do 5 pushups, so I did thinking I'd struggle but since I've made progress in my first month of going to the gym I easily got 30 done and kept on exercising, I'm starting to feel really happy that I'm making progress!
Trust me, I’m still a teenager, but going to the gym has really helped my self esteem and has just made me happier in general, even if it seems like it might not be worth it, just go because no matter what happens, life will still keep moving.
I'm 15 years old I started going to gym, started feeling good, lost weight and got in a good shape And then suddenly I got covid so for the past 2 weeks I haven't been to gym.. I will be back in a few days And thank you for such high quality videos and motivation!
You'll be fine in no time bro, just make sure you keep your grindset through tough times. I just hope you haven't been vaccinated, because your health would be at a bigger risk.
I am currentl a 12 year old and i am glad that im whatching this video so i will be prepared for my teenage years . My current dayly workout is 50 pushups a day and maybe even some mountain biking! thank you very much Hamza you are changing lives!
sup, im 13 and i suggest you to do more exercises than just push-up you can try :- squats bicycle crunches pull ups chin ups 1 min plank calf raises and diamond pushups hope this helps u :)
The technique i use for studying is studying 25 minutes no distractions then 5 minutes rest, also the best memorisation method i use is i put myself in my teachers shows and i write down questions about the lecture, like i write down "who took over of nazi Germany after moustache man ",then i try to answer that question
it's called pomodoro technique and it works. I usually do 30 min - 5/6 minute break when I REALLY need to study aka few days before tests. But in normal days just 25/5 is golden
Thanks Hamza. I owe you alot. You helped save me from being an incel. I study medicine and it has been engraved to our brains that we NEED to study 10-12 hours a day. I started studying less and workout more and sleep better. Now i study 5 hours and I have better grades. I have ADD so I personally don't always always the deep-flow technique, but I study outside and being in the natursl environment helps me retain more info.

EDIT:
Wow, totally forgot I made this post. I would've laughed at myself for saying this 5 months ago but self-improvement has genuinely changed my life
EDIT:
Still running, still lifting (less so now, more lifting and less running in the winter), and still focusing on improving every day!

If you die tonight, do you know where you're going? Did you know that Jesus Christ is THE only way to Heaven and He loves you?
Through Him, God offers you a FREE gift - forgiveness. All you need to do is repent, turn away from your sins and evil ways,
from now on put your faith completely in Jesus Christ and be obedient to Him.
Biblical explanation of the Gospel:
God doesn’t want anybody in hell because He loves us, but you must understand why
we deserve hell and why those who refuse to live under His authority will go
there. (Matthew 12:30) ''Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not
gather with me scatters.'' He gave us the law (Ten Commandments) not to make us righteouss, but
rather to show us our sin (Romans 3:20). God gave us free will and since Adam
sinned in the garden, sin is the nature of our flesh and we ALL have sinned. (Romans 3:23)
The law demands death to those who sin (Romans 6:23).
For someone to be justified before holy God they have to be sinless, that's why everyone need Jesus Christ
for He lived a sinless life.
None of us are good in God’s eyes, because for God good means moral perfection. We all
have broken God’s commandments, we all have sinned in our lives so none of us
are good. ‘’For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is
guilty of breaking all of it.’’ (James 2:10).
Good News is that Jesus Christ lived a perfect, holy, sinless life, Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,
He was buried and He was raised from the dead on the third day according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever
believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.’’ (John 3:16)
We aren’t saved based on our good deeds/works, but only by the grace of God through faith.
''For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God -
not by works, so that no one can boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
Jesus said ‘’it is finished’’ (John 19:30) just before He died on the cross, which means He paid the fine for our sins
(past, present, future) to be forgiven if we repent and trust in Him.
''What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not!'' (Romans 6:15)
''Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out'' (Acts 3:19)
Repentance is a turning away from sin and all evil works, and it always results in changed behavior (Luke 3:8).
Biblically, a person who repents does not continue willfully in sin.
While sorrow from sin is not equivalent to repentance, it is certainly an element of scriptural repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10).
Do not play a hypocrite. ''God is light; in Him there is no darkness at all.
If we claim to have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.'' (1 John 1:5-6)
If you have repented and have genuine faith in Jesus Christ then you will receive the gift of Holy Spirit and be born-again spiritually.
(John 3:3) Jesus replied, "Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again."
When you believed, you were marked in Him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance
until the redemption of those who are God’s possession - to the praise of His glory. (Ephesians 1:13-14)
You are born again with the Spirit of Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17).
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him. (John 3:36)
''You will know them by their fruits'' (Matthew 7)
If you have been truly born-again with the Holy Spirit and He has regenerated your heart, you will desire righteousness -
to do what is good and righteous in God's eyes, to seek God everyday in His Word and prayer, to strengthen your relationship with God.
You will no longer desire to willfully continue living in sin but will want to obey God out of your love for Him because of His amazing grace
revealed to us through the death and resurrection of His Son.
''Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.'' (2 Corinthians 5:17)
''For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.'' (Eph 2:10)
You will have a testimony - of what your life had been before and how has it changed now when you have surrendered it to Lord Jesus Christ.
As a declaration and affirmation of your faith in Jesus Christ, get baptised in water because He commanded us to do so.
In John 3:5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.''
''Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit'' (Matthew 28:19)
''Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.'' (Acts 2:41)
''And this water symbolizes the baptism that now saves you also - not the removal of dirt from the body,
but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God - through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,'' (1 Peter 3:21)
''We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that,
just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.'' (Romans 6:4)
''Having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through your faith in the working of God,
who raised him from the dead.'' (Colossians 2:12)
Please get right with God and start your relationship with Jesus Christ today before it’s too late, because there’s not much time left!
"But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.’’ (Mark 13:32)
Get to know Christ through God's Word - Bible. At first I recommend reading Gospel of John and book of Romans. God bless you!

You got this bro, it will take time but trust the process

But now I have realized how meaningless one night stands are compared to good relationship. Now I will focus on quitting alcohol and drugs and overhaul my life habits. Good habits include: Gym, cooking meditating, journaling, school, dancing, nofap, reading, socializing
Bad habits: gaming, drinking, mouth tobacco, partying

I'm currently a freshman in highschool and overweight. The first time I had ever actively worked out was literally the start of the summer in 2021 when training for the soccer team. I weighed 210 lbs (95kg) when I began and could barely bench and squat a barbell. Now, I weigh 195 lbs (88kg), have a bench max of about 120, and a squat max of 150. I have made a lot more progress than I ever thought, and I'm continuing to go to the gym outside of the season. I've made some progress and I hope to continue this trend. This video has been a massive inspiration for me, thank you.
Any updates, king?
@@walphka Actually, yes. I've actually gained some weight back, weighing roughly 200 lbs (90kg) now, however I have also gotten stronger. Last I checked my bench max is about 145 lbs and a squat max of 240. Although I haven't lost as much weight as I wanted, I have still grown and plan to continue in the future.
