the cocoa powder was for breakfast, you're supposed to use hot water and not cold water in it, that's the reason why it didn' mix together properly

Back in Bosnia, with the SFOR contingent, there was a French officer that no one liked. He would sit at his own table in the chow hall, all alone, and scowl at anyone who tried to sit with him. Finally he was recalled, but we were all sad to see him go, as he had brought his own French chef, who would cook chocolate croissants and other pastries for the rest of the troops. The Serbs tried their best to make their own version, but there was a noticeable drop in quality. Still remember that mean old officer fondly for it.

Chocolate mix of any kind + cold water/milk/liquid of your choice = culinary disaster. Whatever you mix with any kind of chocolate should ALWAYS be warm at the least, and preferably hot to the point it's steaming. You can let it cool after, but mixing it hot is the only way I've found chocolate mixes to work.

the main thing is that you see the RICR like a meal oriented box.
