This is a nice example of the "two handed" approuch in that when the hands are close together its as if they were one hand with 10 digits, one octave columb per digit, so 10 different notes, but if the hands are widely seprated its as if two instrumentalists with the SAME notes between them, so octave columns in the same pentatonic or diatonic scale.
