Yes. Thank you for posting this video.It was a great help. I had a (ceiling) self cleaning plate to fit. Wasn't sure how to do it..Took 30 minutes..Excellent straight forward information..
Just one tip I can pass on is to take a picture of the cable layout of the grill element connections . That way you can put them back in exactly the same way you took them off.

Before I opened up the rear of the oven, I used my mobile phone and made a video to inspect the element. The damage could be easily seen. Not an open circuit but the outer casing of element had expanded (bulged) and was cracked along 5cm its seam. Next step is to replace it. I wish I could have posted its photo here. Thanks again for your video.

HI, I need to replace the screws holding the self-cleaning plate above the grill element, what types of screws are needed, do you have a part number? I'm not whether they are 418562 or 154762, or some other part number. Thanks

Hi, and thank you for a great video. It helped me to replace my grill element. I have one question though, the new grill element that I have put in is only heating on the outer ring, I can see that when get it gets red hot, but i can't see that the inner ring of the element is heating up, or it never gets red hot. Is there something wrong with it or is something else with oven that is wrong?
you need to check wiring and you may have a problem with thermostat regulator

What's the part number, mines neff looks the exact same and elements faulty, need a part

was your oven taking a long time to cook, my oven took me over 2 hours to cook a apple pie cooking time is 55 min,all so i do not see a bottum burner in the oven only on top ,now i think that is strange,ill have to take the oven apart and see what is going on,thanks
Good video. My cover has dropped, the hole the screw goes into looks too large to hold it, should there be a plate or something in there for the screw to fix to? I hope that makes sense, any help would be appreciated
sometimes the hole for the screw rusts and becomes large you might have to fit small plate the other side or use nut and bolt with large washer .
