Sir I have 1 doubt is it compulsory to have reciprocate changes in opposite leads in ecg of mi patient.. coz sometimes it may happes patient is asymptomatic or have mild chest pain and showing st elevation in anterior compartment and it may mislead us to MI rather than other causes
