I reallyyy like the scenery of Apartment 3!! Very beautiful views. I also thought the interior was decent, quite spacious compared to Apartment 4 which is my next best
Me too! I almost took it because of the views, had to remind myself I won’t be living at the pool😅 It was also the most expensive 🥲
The scenery of apartment three is so tempting lol😂 but apartment four is the best bet! Exactly what you want (1 bed, 1 bath), spacious, well equipped gym and furnished kitchen. The washing machine outside isn’t such a bad idea and you can get the door fixed. Not to mention the room is double ventilated 🥹
You’re absolutely correct about the door, it can definitely be fixed. I loved apartment 4 too but didn’t go for it🥲
This is a tough choice to make.....lol
I like the 2 bed apartment, it's so beautiful. If I was going to have a flatmate, then that would've been my choice.
Anyway, for a single bed, I will go with apartment 3. You scored the amenities 10/10. I like the environment and the scenery from the balcony, the apartment is quite spacious compared to the previous one bedroom.

I'd definitely go for the 4th one. Has all the amenities and better lighting. I think it's just the laundry door that's bad and that can be fixed.

I lived on the ground floor before and have not again ( until renting a house ) for security reasons: I had a peeping Tom!!!
I will rather take apartment 3 the space is okay and the lightening.
But what I really like about apartment 4 is the gym area.

Aww sorry to hear that Kehinde. It’s probably because of the time of the year. Many schools who are resuming in the fall have already started rounding up their admission cycle so they may not really have open events.
