Again playing with this Hero Bill Poster.
There's many guide out there just google it :) my build is for a certain Purposes only. & I think its differ from other build.
As per Title, AOE (Area Of Effect) & 1v1 Build, This build is for Budgeted & Friendly Guide, for Newbies also with No Experience of Playing this Game.
This build also is for just Chill Leveling & solo Leveling players mostly who plays from their Tablets & Mobile Phones. This will no require Full Support RM with you. you can reach Higher Level with this build & Earn Penya/Money :)
you can level this hero from 1 to 40 with just only a day, with break of course that's why chill leveling.
