This is a very strange toilet. The tank can't be original because no 1970 toilet looks like that, the base just screams 1950s. The tank lid is a 1930s Standard and it has a custom Kohler handle. I looked at other pictures of this motel on Google Maps and all I saw was new junk and Eljer Savoys. Quite a pleasant surprise but the flush could have been a lot better.

Wow! Childress is definitely full of Gold! I found an Eljer Sanus at the Dairy Queen there. Awesome find!
That's so cool! The outer design of the bowl is very much like an Eljer Duplex from the 50s. The tank lid is from a Standard 4060 tank which was used on the Ejecto and Siacto in the 1920s. Amazing find!
Very rare toilet! That trapway screams Universal Rundle Castle ...
Yeah!
That’s a very interesting combination! You are lucky to have seen this if all the other rooms had new toilets. Did the lobby restroom have anything?
There wasn't a lobby restroom and the other rooms have replacement Eljjer and Crane fixtures from the 90s and 2000s according to Google Maps.
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_RestorationsI see. Well, looks like you’re lucky to find this in the room you stayed in. Any others who didn’t would have to go through the new toilets surrounding this hotel.
An odd combo, to be sure...but the trapway entrance is more like a UR than other brands. An interesting find, to be sure.
The trapway reminds me of a mid 50's universal rundle castle
It does resemble those

What a cool find!
Yep! Considering this is much better than what the rest of the restrooms in the same place has.
Awesome
Nice rare toilet. It sloshes like a Cadet before the gurgle.
A+
I was very glad to find this
A frankentoilet! That's super cool!
amazing hell of a toilet
Great find!
I absolutely love this one
It was really cool!
Very interesting!
Amazing toilet
Gotta remember eljer and Kilgore shared some design features in the 50s and 60s so it's more than likely a kilgore
I don't remember seeing any similarities between the two brands
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_Restorationseljer Waco and Kilgore ajax
AMAZING!!!!!!!
I never seen a Kilgore like this
Me either!
Same
Good toilet
I don’t think eljer had that heck of a trap way
I wonder if it's some other model
So is it an Elgore or a Kiljer?🤣😂
😆
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_Restorations 😆😅🤣😂
Off topic question, are the eljer diplomat toilets the same as a cadet 3, or a cadet pro? Just curious.
I think Cadet 3s
I thought is was cadet pro because of the trapway, but the cadet 3 and cadet pro have similar trapways. To me it looks like a cadet pro with a cadet 3 tank. Do you agree?
I honestly don't know
What happened to punishing the peerless madison?
I haven't gotten to it.
I subscribe u
Thanks!
That is a kilgore I can tell by the tank to bowl part
I figured the same thing
Awesome
