Having a similar issue on 1990 F250 with an automatic transmission. If I put the parking brake on, turn the keys to power accessories, shift to neutral, then go back and forth between each end of the neutral it will crank between the R and the N on the dash selector. Would this be indicative of a bad ignition switch?
