- In this video, I’m creating my second bloom poor using the same vibrant color palette, but layering the colors in a different order. This is part of the fluid art experiment to see how color placement affects the final bloom technique results. There’s one more bloom after this,, and then we will compare them all - so you can decide which one you love the most! 📌PAINT COLORS IN THIS PAINTING
Golden Teal
24kt Gold
TLP Watermelon
Golden Nickel Azo Gold
Amsterdam Red Violet
📌 PILLOW PAINT
PPG Multipro, white base in eggshell
📌 POURING MEDIUM
3 parts Glidden Essentials Base 1 in semigloss or eggshell
Then, mix in 2 parts Minwax Polycrylic Crystal Clear Topcoat in gloss.
📌 PAINTS
Mix 3 parts pouring medium with 1part paint plus water to thin to desired thickness depending on which technique you'll be using.
📌 PIGMENTS
Add a small amount of Varnish to a cup, then add your pigments to wet and mix. Add the rest of the pouring medium and mix.
📌CELL ACTIVATOR
Australian floetrol mixed with Amsterdam oxide black (3:1)
