OK so Peggy Cass has kind of grown on me...I didn't really care much for her at first but now that I've been watching her a while I appreciate her intelligence and analytics of the individual components of the game.
What I have learned from watching these shows. People dress when out for the night. People are sarcastic but they don’t swear in mixed company. You can see that by how they don’t cover their mouths, blurt it out and get beeped, catch themselves. It’s natural to speak politely.
@@gemoftheocean - true but they also didn’t do these things in mixed company. If it were all females or all males they would but, out of respect for the other sex they did not. It is called manners. It’s something people forget to use today.
Regarding the first story, it looks like the reconstructed Bounty was later used in a few other films as well, including Yellowbeard (1983), Treasure Island (1990 made for TV), The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie (2004), and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (2006). Unfortunately for the ship, it ended up sinking in 2012 off the coast of North Carolina.
Majestic ship! Round 2, think about which surname relates to person. Easy guess for me. Kitty is bouncing in her seat at the end of round 3. The bird remains on the stand, unmoved by the game??
I had the pleasure of going aboard when she visited Newburgh, NY not long before she sank. I saddened me to learn of it. I spoke with several of the crew, and they were delightful. it was fun for me to visit her, because when I was visiting my father's family in Germany in 1963 (at age 11), one of the popular films being shown at the time was 'Muterei auf der Bounty', starring Marlon Brando - dubbed into German, of course.
Game #1, #2 seems like Napoleon. Game #2 is “guess the country” as well, together with a Commonwealth of Nations festival. I knew she was Australian because the surname Moffett sound very Australasian. Game #3: I don’t understand the scope of this experiment, but the bird is cute ☺️
As No.1 said, the point is not to see when a child speaks but to see if they can influence it. Either by reward, punishment, doing nothing. Reward - will someone speak sooner if given something pleasant. Punishment - can you force speech, since they were punished for speaking Will they stop and delay speech or will they still try? Nothing. - by doing nothing you see the natural learning - the control group.
I don't understand the line of questioning to the women. Why try so hard to verify what country they are from? They could be telling the truth about that and lying about the other stuff.

I think Kitty's hair in this episode is by far the most attractive I've ever seen it.
Commander Whitehead was quite impressive.
wow what an honor to have Cmdr Whitehead on the show
I believe Madhur Jaffrey went on to become a well-known actor and cookbook author.
I love Madhur Jaffrey and I love her cookbooks!

Clue: in 62 you couldn't swear on US tv. Completely against standards & practices.

Evening dress and dramatic music.
Cmdr. Whitehead had a different style of questioning. I hope he is on the panel again at some point. That ship was beautiful. Thanks for the video.
Ms Carlisle was such a delight.
On the third round, I guessed #3 because he was the only one who petted the Myna.

Unfortunately, the Bounty sank during Hurricane Sandy in 2012.

The Bounty captain sounded very convincing when he refused to comment on Marlon Brando. I wonder if he knew him through other means?

Duard won an Oscar for a documnetary.
Peggy is so sweet !!!! Is Bud wearing a hair piece !!!!????
I don’t think it’s a hairpiece. He just has wavy hair and it’s shiny with hair gel. 😆
Commander Whitehead--the Schweppes man!
I'm not sure I understand the point of the experiment, but the bird was cute.

I wonder how many declined the free carton of cigarettes.
