She has had the same chair for 10 years? A custom molded seat is literally made to mold to her body. It seems like she needs to be seen again in clinic for an ATP evaluation. Some of the issues you are talking about can not be fixed by a repair tech, they need to be done by an ATP. And it also helps to take the chair in shop for repairs instead of having a tech come out to your home.
this chairs mold did not fit her correctly at all she was falling out of her chair and could not be transported.she gets a new chair every 6 years and of coarse has had evaluation and yes they take the chair.we are talking about a company that told me to call a lawyer to talk to them.
