As a Korean language teacher I could say that Felix's skills absolutely skyrocketed. He still makes small mistakes but he almost never just cuts off his sentences halfway through like he used to do before cause now his vocabulary got so advanced he can actually conclude his thoughts most of the time. Even if he tries to simplify them so as not to get confused it's still so much better than just leaving them hanging. Not only his speaking skills but thanks to the members and constant inevitable practice he picks up the stuff he hears pretty easily and even if missing some details he gets the core meaning which is obviously the goal. So yeah I'm so fucking proud of him, I've been watching over his growth since the survival program days and it feels like I'm seeing my student getting better and better every day, he's done a wonderful job

Just want to share this to you. During stray kids survival show Felix got eliminated because his can't speak Korean well. It's was so hard for him he lose his confidence but he finally made debut with the team. Because why we need him to sing in Korean if he can sing in English. Notice that most of Felix part in Skz songs is English and it's just so cool
As someone who has lived in other countries I totally get him. Also Korean is very hard to learn so kudos to him for being so good with it now. Also, yes, he's definitely more confident with English. He actually talks a lot more when he can speak in English instead of Korean. I think that's also why his bond with Chan is so strong because he can go to him and actually speak his problems in English and express himself in a confident way. Also, you can also see that if you watch Chan And Felix's interview in the Eric Nam daebak show. Felix was so happy and he smiled through the whole interview and was so confident and so himself you could clearly see how truly happy he was to be able to talk in English through the whole interview. It's the most wholesome interview I've seen of SKZ. You should watch it if you have the time.
I love Felix. He went from that person who can't speak Korean well to being the face of Stray Kids. I'm calling him that because most people I speak with, or I know, becamse Stray Kids fans because of Felix. Ofc, this is not because of his Korean hahaha BUT STILL. Strong boi 💪
I think the prank part is funnier BECAUSE he doesn't understand. It goes from a one-way confusion situation to a mass confusion situation, and that is 100% my type of chaos.
Felix was 16 when he came to Korea and when the survival show was being filmed, i think he was still 16 but turning 17 soon (he came to a Korea Feb 2017 and the show was filmed like August?) He only knew like the super basics of Korean like counting to 10. So yh, he started from scratch, and him not knowing a lot of Korean was also the reason he got eliminated at first (JYP had also pointed out he wasn’t confident, which Felix has said later on, he didn’t tend to speak in Korean interviews because he thought he’d mess up and because he’s a slow learner like he’s said) Now he’s much more confident, which you can even see in their music, cos he used to get like random lines in English or very few Korean lines, and now his lines are increasing.
My dream is to learn Korean I really want to!! and watching Felix inspired me a lot!!! 8:53 For me as a Spanish speaker learning English I can say that Jokes are the most difficult to catch when you are learning a language!!! by the time that you can make jokes back to your friends, you are already half of the way!!!

As a Brazilian who speaks Portuguese, but somehow taught herself English and Spanish, just to start learning Korean and Italian in an older age (I'm almost in my fourties), I can totally relate with the difficulties of speaking a new language
I totally get that, I have the same struggle with German/Polish/English, like I'm fluent at all three, but also kinda not fluent as oftentimes I just forget the right words,,,,,,,
I took two years of Spanish in high school, and I can only manage to read simple sentences and somewhat understand what it means, if I had to speak it or worse yet understand someone else speaking it I'd just 😬! Felix learning it practically from scratch and becoming fluent as fast as he has is truly admirable 👏🥰👏
The bangchan banchan thing wasnt a misunderstanding it was a joke they said in the rehersal and they were shocked when felix actually said it when they went live
As someone who struggles with Arabic, English, French and Italian, i totally understand felix so much, like my Italian is literally gone, nonexistent anymore, i may understand it a bit but can't utter a single correct sentence lmao
It took me 20 videos to get that he was saying “I love you from the heart of my bottom” and not “from the bottom of my heart” gosh that made me lough so hard
Idk if someone already mentioned this, but sajaegi is basically chart manipulation. I can’t remember what it means normally, but in reference to music it’s usually when company will buy back albums to make it seem that the artist is more popular

I will never forget the cop prank, it was great. I love that Changbin actually got mad, poor Felix though.
I don't think Felix really likes being called "Young Book," but his bandmates still insist.
thank you hyunjin and ben for making my slightly multilingual self feel better about myself
Even if felox fighting korean language he is super duper cute
I love this video! Enjoyed watching 😊
I hope you'll watch the video someday - Seo Changbin being stray kids' fake maknae
HE’S AN ANGEL
My dream is to learn Korean I really want to!! and watching Felix inspired me a lot!!!
8:53 For me as a Spanish speaker learning English I can say that Jokes are the most difficult to catch when you are learning a language!!! by the time that you can make jokes back to your friends, you are already half of the way!!!
Ben, you are a very funny guy, your facial expression with your body language is hilarious. That’s why I watch and subscribe to your channel. Keep it up, your videos are awesome xxx
As a Brazilian who speaks Portuguese, but somehow taught herself English and Spanish, just to start learning Korean and Italian in an older age (I'm almost in my fourties), I can totally relate with the difficulties of speaking a new language
this is the best part of my day
Felix is so pretty, they all are!!💕
First lol but Felix fighting Korean is so funny sometimes 🤣🥹🙏🏻
The way that he says 'multiple times' i loveeee
I totally get that, I have the same struggle with German/Polish/English, like I'm fluent at all three, but also kinda not fluent as oftentimes I just forget the right words,,,,,,,
I took two years of Spanish in high school, and I can only manage to read simple sentences and somewhat understand what it means, if I had to speak it or worse yet understand someone else speaking it I'd just 😬! Felix learning it practically from scratch and becoming fluent as fast as he has is truly admirable 👏🥰👏
Who agrees that ben is the best youtuber ever?❤
👇
Felix is still trying his best with Korean😊
The bangchan banchan thing wasnt a misunderstanding it was a joke they said in the rehersal and they were shocked when felix actually said it when they went live
My daily content. I was waiting hahha
Felix with her Korean pronunciation,.... Is to fun';*
Love you Ben. Pls keep reacting to my babies ❤
Idk if someone already mentioned this, but sajaegi is basically chart manipulation. I can’t remember what it means normally, but in reference to music it’s usually when company will buy back albums to make it seem that the artist is more popular
The one and only ben
Ben Kim Oppar keep throwing all stray kids reactions video to us!!
the beginning of that video hurt my soul! I just want to wrap baby Felix in a blanket and tell him he is doing great
