Here are a few of my modifier ideas :) Backdoor: “Pause!” Time will stop moving when players stand still (-50% knobs. Requires “other way around”) “Time-lapse” Time will speed up by 1.5 seconds when players aren’t moving. (Requires “other way around”) “Look man…” The lookman will appear in every room (Requires “other way around”) “Are you watching?” The lookman will teleport and spawn in the direction a player is looking (Requires “other way around “) “Light breeze” The vacuum will have a larger hit box (Requires “other way around”) “Breezy” The vacuum will have a very large hit box and be more prevalent through the game (Requires “other way around “)
Hotel+ mines: “Baby steps” Players will occasionally slip and fall “Double trouble!” Everything will attack twice! “Deja-vu” There’s a chance a room you have seen before will spawn in the next ten rooms. Everything found or encountered in that room appears as well. “Crazy?” A random noise will play periodically “Insane” Random noises will play constantly. “Tik tok goes the grandfather clock” Dread will be spawned in rooms with a grandfather clock (Requires dead of night) (only works in hotel) “Gotta go fast!” Players will get a burst of speed every 30 seconds “Out of control” Players will get boosted in a random direction every 30 seconds “Let me guide you” Guiding light will be present everywhere. “Let me show you” Entities and required items will be highlighted “What doesn’t kill me, just makes me stronger” Surviving entities will heal a portion of health. “Blood in the water” Taking damage will spawn any non-boss entity in the next room
More mines + hotel modifiers: “Lost and found” A random non essential item has the chance to disappear from a players inventory. That item can be guaranteed to be found in a chest, box, or toolbox. “Can’t turn back” Void will lock any room directly behind you once the next room is entered “Hallucination” Interactables and items may not be real “Under renovation” Side rooms will always be blocked off
A modifier idea “Extreme Business” Jeff’s Shop will appear after seek chases, rarely in a random room except the courtyard and reception. Gives -80 knobs (might get more ideas)
these are absolutely amazing, just one problem, the knobs -#% are a bit weird, e.g. treasure hunter is -100%, but the max is -90%. great video nonetheless!
@@alphachiu MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE has a bonus of -125% How it works is you can add as many negative modifiers as you want, but the bonus will never go past -90%
To be honest, the Timeout modifier would probably be almost impossible, because if what the modifier says is true, you would only have about 2 minutes and 30 seconds to escape the Backdoor, and even with the vials of starlight, it still would be incredibly difficult

One of the only issues I have with the video is the broken rooms (in my opinion) should be a +0% since they can’t effect the gameplay
