    "Okay cool. I notice that I'm sweating. But I'm not gonna fixate on it, I'm not even gonna fix it. I'm just gonna be sweaty. I notice, and then I go back to whatever it is I was doing."
    This example got me to finally understand what "acceptance" is supposed to mean. Thank you!

    Brilliant! This approach is the best people. Exposure therapy is what toddlers go through is order to start walking.

    This is ligit my life like the waiter is my OCD , this is so relatable that it’s hilarious like I’m working on now accepting the uncertainty even though it’s hell , and how the OCD goes louder and louder *
