How to enter for a second chance? There is a seperate app that you can only get on the MD lottery website using the desktop setting in your browser. Its not available in the google or Itune stores
I wish there was an actual Monopoly ticket that looked just like the Monopoly board and if you stretch boardwalk or Park place you win the jackpot or if you scratch off for railroads you win whatever the railroad prizes are
