Your range, top speed, and your rider weight tell me you may not have aired up the tires to 35psi before you started. You also can't accurately estimate the range that way. The overheating issue is concerning though.

So it comes set to speed limited at 16 mph? Also your range seems low. I've watched a couple of range tests for this with riders your weight or heavier and they were getting 15 to 16 miles running it all out.
I've seen some mixed reviews on range for this scooter. Looks like the unit being reviewed was faulty, as it was overheating in cold weather. I guess it speaks to quality and quality control.
Watch out!! I bought turboant scooter 3 weeks ago and the scooter stopped working. Support turboant don’t respond to my emails. What a waste of money. Use local scooter companies way safer then this.
What are the top 3 brands you’ve tested in this price range? I was looking into this turboant but I was disappointed it didn’t hit 20 mph as advertised. I really only need it for 5 miles a day but I like speed

You need to set it to 31kph in p4 setting I regularly ride 22 miles on a trail in hot weather at 30kph I have three batteries and it doesn't overheat That scooter is faulty lol
Lol.i weigh 230lbs n hit 20mph easily. I even went up small hills still was about 16 to 17 mph. Your review is not 100 accurate but most all scooters gonna slow down going up a steep long hill and wear the battery down but that's expected. Mine even went up to 21 to 22 mph. It's pretty fast for it's size.

Hold power menu at the same time go to P4 and change the setting to FF that will give you the fastest mode possible
Got this scooter to go to school with and my range is about 16-17miles. Though I must mention this is under city conditions (NYC)

Must have been on a very flat road. That would make the difference

You can access a hidden menu to unlock 20mph. It defaults to 16 mph max because that's what EU regulations require.

That's what I got and I weigh 185 lbs. You may get closer to 20 if you're lighter
