IMHO the most iconic Laura Mercier product is the tinted moisturiser and I've been using it for a decade. I don't need more coverage and honestly, anything heavier doesn't look natural under the harsh Greek sun. The light is intense even in the winter, so I try to go as light as possible for a natural effect. Products and colours look so different. I remember this designer bought a french chateau and wanted to recreate a yellow room from a British stately home. He bought the same colour and it almost looked white in the South of France, while it looked canary yellow in the UK. He had to choose a completely different shade to get the same effect.
We live not that far from Monmouth, so I know the school you attended, Josie! The white lily is a Cala Lily, and I have them growing in my garden. They will keep their beautiful, broad leaves through a mild winter. ❤❤❤
