I am Using 60v 3000W Reducer Brushless Motor
Part 1 you can see here : • Build a 3000W Electric...
Thanks for watching, Have a great day !
Engineers : first design in CAD
Mechanics: disassemble before doing any mod
Legend: drills up straight into battery case with live batteries 16:48
No, its above the battery.
Out of all go-karts, this one looks the cleanest. 😆
When you making something, its look all just fixed, you never have any problem on it..😄, try and error just a myth,...good job man.👍👍
I just wonder if he ever builds something that will be able to go over 100 km/h...🤔
For real, al the video's i find about electric go karts are about slow karts
I meant something with petrol 2 or 4 stroke engine but i think it would be very cool build too if he puts electric engine instead.
Yah..we wel wait for this

Personally I'd had fit the gear and brake disc differently - make a slide-on sheath that you can bolt onto the axel in case you ever need to change either of them in the future. Say you want to change the gearing - because you welded a mount on either side of the gear you'd have to cut things off and re-weld after. It's a minor gripe but if I were building my own it's one thing I'd change. Does look fun though. Well built as usual.
Lining the battery box wit cardboard is a nice touch - cuts down noise and reduces wear & tear on the batteries. Some of your other projects have given cause for concern when you have the sharp end of screws right next to the batteries. This one is a huge improvement.
Yea. The brake gear could unscrew and slide off after tire removal, I think. But the drive gear is in between two welded mounts, so u gotta point there.
True but at the speed that this thing goes I don’t think any part is braking anytime soon 😂 bro made a Toyota type go kart. Super reliable 🤷♂️
That was just amazing to watch. I just finished both parts. You are truly skilled. And you editing really added to my enjoyment. Well done. I have recently begun training as a black smith and am now hoping to learn welding. And I would love to make one of these for my kids. They just asked for a go-kart last week so I've been thinking of building an electric one with them as a learning project. If anyone knows of a good set of plans for a beginner add to my comment please. I am comfortable cutting and drilling steel and working with metal. This type of smart simple engineering and fabrication is a pleasure to watch. Thank you.
Hi friend, Did you make it?
I like how your wife comes out every now and then to show you how to do stuff
Your channel and videos are really cool. You could put in the description of your videos the pieces that you use to assemble your works. I would very much like to try to make one like yours, I live in Brazil and I don't understand electronics very well and if you specified the items for the construction it would help a lot.
If I can put the specifications of the items on at least this kart I will be very happy.
Thanks.

LOVE the shocks AND suspension design......as WELL as the SAFETY FOOTWEAR! I WANT ONE!! The 'Pit Girl' is kinda cute Too!!
Honestly, I just don't get what he says in his language, but I like the stuff he makes tho, Well there's not much to say.

@Ting Pei Lee Okay, if you're not good at English, please don't make random comments. Look you said Thailand people, you need to write Thailand guy or speaks Thailand language. And he is not from Thailand, look at the language, he's from China or Japan, whatever next time learn English better.
@Ting Pei Lee What?!?!? you still write bad? can't you just double check your worlds??? Are you a kiddo or what?? look IT'S WROTED LMAO NOT LMOU!!
@Ting Pei Lee YOU'RE WRONG AGAIN!!
IT IS SPELLED relax NOT relex!!

Very beautiful workshop. Nice countryside too. Great job on the cart!
I love how he just casually kept his crack nail on his pinky and crack itch on his wrist 😂😂😂
Wonderful build but woefully under batteried...750 watt/hr lead acid pack will never give your 3kw and if they would only for 15 mins till flat, but they can't anyhow. Maybe also needs gearing improved...Bigger wheels! but likely just battery issue. Also fatter cable would be a good idea as you will drop voltage across a long run carrying 55A or so and considering you need every volt you can get.
Your speedo was measuring metres an hour??? Not km/h surely😸
Subscribed...Fantastic...But give us more detail on parts. I had to use my projector and blow up the screen to see that battery.
Edit PS. This comment deserves a heart 😻
a guy who has wholesalers at home
Apke channel bohothi ache ho my favarate channel hi channel hi ho
Ill take a full kit thanks :) delivered to Australia
Great build!
I would like to ask though, what batteries are you using and approximately what range do you achieve?
Bit of an oversight putting the sprocket on the LHS of the flange. If it were on the right you can swap out sprockets whenever you want. Now it's stuck between the two flanges forever.
МОЛОДЕЦ АВТОР!!! ТОЖЕ ЛЕТОМ ХОЧУ ЗАМУТИТЬ ТАКУЮ ТЕМУ, И ТРАССУ
I love to see your diy go kart...
You are awesome and good mechanic❤
Love from India🇮🇳❤❤
He build anything what he want because he have a lot of tools.. And very smart person.. More power to you sir.. Shout out from Philippines...
You welded the sprocket on the rear axel between two point, now it's imossible to change?
Wow you are a great person and very clever. It would be nice if you made a bonus video were you change the sprocket sizes and made it go faster, any way it's super cool.
Genial estimado muy bueno para poder hacer la repica de acuerdo al paso a paso que muestras en el video, pero si me gustaria que me pudieras comentar que tipo de motor, baterias, etc, utilizas. Gracias
Hey, I have been subscribed to your channel since 2019 maybe and yet, this is the first time; i heard your voice @ 0:23
Your projects are always awesome man.
Good creativity.
Wish you a lot of success for the future projects as well ! 😁👊
Never seen him speak since he started video making.. Seems like a big goal for him to be in front of a million people
Congratulations for 5M subscribers in advance🥰 Love from India🇮🇳
Great build. But. Shoulder belts on 4+ point harnesses should never mount that low below your shoulders. Even low speed collisions can cause enough shock load to damage vertebra and discs. I've got two bad discs, it's not fun.
Why are u so amazing bro ❤️ . I wish I could be in your workshop and working with you ❤️
Круто!!! Молодец! Наш лайк!!!!
Если-бы Леонтович смог услышать, что под его музыку будут собирать карт, то тоже поставил +)))
Хахаха
I’m just imagining a one foot tall camera man running around chasing the go kart

I love your videos, you are a great builder, I would love for you to make a vehicle but for it to be really fast, to impress.
Dude what’s with the “Carol of the Bells”?

Hello dear friend from Belarus for a long time you have seen your videos are very entertaining and pale like you are super
Excellent video, How To Make a 3000W Electric Go Kart v4 - Part 2, my respect form Venezuela.💯💯💯👍🤘🤘🙏🙏
Hi
Nice project..I dreamed of having the same project soon..
From sri lanka 🇱🇰🇱🇰🇱🇰🇱🇰🇱🇰
Thank you for the upload. Looks like you make these all the time. I learned a lot, I’m in the process of adapting a Ninebot go kart frame to an electric kart but using scooter hub wheel motor. Gave me an idea to add suspension like yours. Also sprocket and brake disc mounts..
several questions that I will ask how much is the greatest km of the kart? How long does it last? How much recharge does it take? The rest of your projects that happened to them, did you sell them, did you donate them? seriously, your videos of making a car are BRUTAL !!! that I not only see airsoft weapons and now I am hooked with your homemade car channel
I bet you could get much more out of that motor if there was higher gearing
exactly he surely isnt going
Piano sound track in the beginning sounds like Christmas in Sarajevo by Trans-Siberian Orchestra. I love the full orchestra play of that song.
Keep building boss man.
You do good work.
Hello from Elberta, Alabama, USA.
I don't know what you speak but love from Pakistan ❤️

That little welding tool he has, looks well handy😃
Finally... Another world saver vehicle..
Dope. But obviously a pro workshop, with the industrial tools on deck. Nice setup, with everything in its place, your an amazing craftsman!!! Super jealous, I want the tools, knowledge and the cart! I would've painted it blue or black, but it's ur cart. Anyway,👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🔥🔥🔥
Your geared too low it had lots of power but no speed
Well sometimes you just need torque or you can turn it into a rock crawler 😂
@@jacobairsoftyeah but imagine going like 90 in a go cart
Power is better then speed
@@careditlegendsI've done that it's not fun
@@cooldeathman8278 idk sounds like fun
All respect due, but only 33 mph with that big 3K motor and controller.. come on Chen, put some more batteries on it.. at least 3 more..96v
I don't think the speedo was calibrated at all. It looks like he was doing under 20mph. The gearing needs sorting out. Why also did someone push it at the start?? Surely if its poorly geared its going to have massive torque instead of speed...
So.. The other thing is the motor requires according to blurb above 60v for its rated output of 3kw, or 4 horsepower. The controller needs to deliver 50 amps or 16.6A per phase @60V rms (these often have efficiency of 90% or so) those batteries are 13 A/h lead acid, so he will have 15 minutes run time at full power. He needs better batteries and likely more suitable gearing. (The battery pack is 780w/h). I doubt they could deliver the required 55A for more than a minute or two and then voltage would droop anyhow so you would never get the 3kw. More sensible would be a kw (one) I'd expect from those at full whack.
I don’t really think he cares about speed, he’s just enjoying it, I would too
@@martinda7446 I'd imagine the best thing to do would be to upgrade to LiFePo4 batteries.
hello I'm from Indonesia
you make it look easy my friend! another great build
Apke kam tho bohothi ache ho
Хороший получился картинг!!!
I'd love one over here in the UK i think I would have to register it for the road not sure tho the police are funny like that lol, great video tho my friend stay safe and well to you and your family
Excellent

Bagus bangat. Sangat kreatif sekali. Pengen bikin juga. Itu dinamo mesin jait ya bos.
Bạn thật tuyệt vời, tôi khen ngợi bạn
Imagining two battery component and better charging adapters you can fly man
If he just switched to lithium instead of lead acid it would make a huge difference!
@@Todd_G_FPV those were lithium
@@Todd_G_FPV nvm I think there lead acid. I thought they might be lifepo4 because they were orange
@@Kevin.OBrien44 u could be right but being theres no bms im saying its lead acid or gel but either way its not sufficient enough for 3000 watts
You're an artist as well as a craftsman. That is the best looking kart I've ever seen. I would love to know the tubing sizes and wall thicknesses. Is that chromoly tubing? I want to build this.
Suspension and gearing let it down. Maybe build it round the driver for more comfort. Very interesting video and well entertained. Good.
Top speed seems okay with this setup, but how is the torque on these 3000W motors that use the 40amp controllers? Seems like the torque would be low, right? Tires probably can't spin out?
That thing is cool. Man it sure does flex allot though.
FANTASTIC AND BEAUTIFUL THANKS FOR THE CHANNEL IS FANTASTIC OK 🤗🆗👍👏👏
Esta muy bonito
WHAT CONTROLLER DID YOU USE

Nice craftsmanship! Love your shop.
great job what battery did you use?
How about a linc to the motor and controller that I can buy in the US? I have a project that it would be perfect for. Thanks for the No Nonsense fabrication and construction!!
all that work, and 20mph ? lets see how fast you can make it go!!
The problem is probably the gearing, should be easy fix
@@ElmarBon except he welded the flange for the axle sprocket on with the gear on the inside, so now its captive. he would have to cut the sprocket and install a split sprocket now. Still a very cool build.
an ordinary electronic DIY Go Kart built in thin design all byself, drives just fine.
Me tho apke bda fan ho
What a creativity you have.
Nice sir ♥️ my from india but i like you ♥️
Tak rychlost byla úplně mimo... 😀
You are very smart!👍 Congratulations for your work!👏 A question: how do you get all those pieces and accessories? Are you a reseller? 🤔😊👍
I don't understand why you put the steering in front of the bumper . If you hit a small bush or tree it is going to bend the arms causing more work in the future to fix. Good videos and love to watch them!
Wondering about motor assembly : motors are usually designed to transmit torque only, direct chain transmission is very likely to overload the motor bearings.
Overload as in over-stress on the bearings?
Arnt most electric scooters and bikes chain driven like this?
The kart and video are perfect but I would change the lead batteries for lithium, don't you think?👍
superb
Nice Build with many helpful tips. Top speed as it is, and could speed be increased with higher gear ratios? Thanks
Bản dựng đẹp với nhiều mẹo hữu ích. Tốc độ tối đa như nó vốn có, và tốc độ có thể được tăng lên với tỷ số truyền cao hơn không? Cảm ơn
Why are you not giving buying link now for all parts.?

This is very amazing video and its channel sir. I would like to have a support on you sir.
Did anyone else notice that Christmas music played at one point lol
geez. Look at the size of that controller! 60v 3000W.. My scooter is 84V 8400W and has 24 mosfets and the controller is half that size.. Why is that one so enormous?
Awesome build though, as always.
Ending was asom reminds me of BMW advertisement, congratulations 👏🙌 on 5million subscribers keren bro 👏🙌❤
lol the thread count on the harness bolts is like 1 1/2 threads on that thin a wall pipe, and your doing it on the most important part. A nut should have been welded on and buckle bolted to that.
next project, build mini excavator
Great Build! 👏
Cardboard isolation. How professional 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
You are very smart!👍 Congratulations for your work!
