what if it says "Unable to sign in to Wi-Fi AP. An unauthorized factory reset has been performed on this device. The sign-in screen cannot be accessed." This was wiped/reset, then wiped cache, rebooted exactly as in video.

I read that Alliance Shield doesn't have knox platform option anymore because of a Samsung decision. If this is true then this video is useless.
