Wow. "We, the drowned" really gave me goosebumps.
Sublime passion in her voice and Lisa is very easy on the eye!
"Fall" sounds great, but "We, The Drowned" definitely shows her extraordinariness, in particular, when she "discovers" the sound of her powerful voice at this place: "Like this, like this..." - and then goes back to her "vulnerable" voice. I just can't stop listening to her singing...
She's the undeniable definition of ethereal. What an incredibly talented presence we've been gifted with.

What an angel...and I don't drop this word lightly
She has magical voice control maintaining the quality of intensity and emotion whether in her soft quiet voice and moving through into a different emotional intensity. A gift for sure exquisite beautiful voice with a three or four octave range.

Fun fact: Lisa never wears pants!
One reason I love La Blogothèque is simple music, like in this video, just a beautiful voice (and a beautiful woman as Lisa Hannigan in this case 😍) and a guitar! Another one is that the filming is so perfect with the right (sometimes weird) places, the proof that music just like a man can be anywhere and includes anything!

I thought the New York version of We, The Drowned was the best but this one may top it. Close call
she has a deliberate voice, to sing highly-specific songs, in these uncanny times for those of us (hopefully, finding our outrage and expressing it), but, a retreat to our inside voices and conflicts that brought us out there to begin with.
