This bike for sure was only placed back to Market due to the Response of the customers.. But maybe it even will be a small attack to kawasaki and Suzuki if it is priced correct
@@dyren7437 basically what those guys said. Long story short a 4cyl of the same size will always be dirtier pollution wise over a 2 cyl because of unburned hydrocarbons. You can get twin cylinder motorcycles of many different sizes mind you. The channel “Fortnine” did a video on it recently, and they’re the highest acclaimed channel in motorcycling.
I wasn't in the market for a supersport, much less a 600... until now. This is perfect. Definitely going to give it a test ride, hopefully the price ends up being reasonable.
@@domenik8339 I don't think this is confirmed, but I've seen preorders going for €13k here in Germany. That seems pretty good for a full-blown supersport with all the modern bells and whistles. May sound like a lot for just 600cc, but consider that the chassis and suspension are much higher spec than your average middleweight naked. It's basically a fireblade with smaller cylinders, €3k more than the CBR650R doesn't seem unreasonable for that.

It doesn't sell because it's a track bike. If you ride this bike only on the street, it is a waste of money and the bike. No sane person will do 100mph+ on public roads and try MotoGP lean angles, you risk a nasty crash or driving ban. Then you have availability and the cost of going to the race track, increased maintenance intervals because of track use, fuel, tires, brake pads and other sundries. Personally I'd take the cbr650r or r7, they look great and have plenty of usable power and are cheap

This has made my day, I have always wanted one, but not as my first motorbike, so I waited and then it was withdrawn, but now its back!!! You can't beat a centre exhaust and twin headlights, thank you Honda, I will straight in the queue for one.
Very nice to see a new 600 rr from honda. BRING BACK SUPERSPORT. I got its old brother 600 rr 05 and its even bigger brother 1000 rr hrc from 07. Both old but still verry good en beautifull sports bike,s. And iam really hope to see this bike coming to Europe!!!

Was told Honda NA WASN'T ALLOWING any orders on them. Refunded my deposit. Purchased a 2023 Ducati DesertX. It ACTUALLY cost LESS then a AT with the optional quick shifter. Ridden a friend's 2022 AT, the DesertX is far better in every way. I've put over 9k miles on it in under 8 months. Rock solid reliable. Thanks for opening my eyes Honda.
My god, just came a cross this and it's rejuvenated my enthusiasm for a super bike like I had in the 90's with it's styling I'm going to test ride one as soon as there's in my local dealers..
If the price wasn’t as comparable to a 1L bike then this would be great. In Australia this bike will be nearly $30,000 when I could get a BMW S1000rr for that price and nearly $13,000 more than its competitors such as the zx6r.. in another comparison I could get a panigale v2 for $25,000 and an akra exhaust and still have money left over. This is also $5000 less than a panigale v4. Disappointed if it’s not priced how a 600 should be. Makes no sense how they price it
I'm in the long process of a frame up restoration to a 99 cbr 600 f4 carbureted motor, it'll qualify in my state as an antique vehicle, and it was one of the best bikes back in the day, seeing this, I'm thinking I should put my order in now for 2024, so I can own the past and the present of ( in my opinion) the best 600cc motorcycle ever produced. Thank you Honda!!!

I dont think they really updated anything beyond looks and electronics. Still the same frame and engine as the old ones.

Let's hope Honda has some sense to price this one reasonably than charge litre bike prices for a 600cc. Otherwise it's team green all the way.

The problem is the cost to build an aluminum frame 4 cylinder is similar whether it's 600cc or 1K. So yes it will be fairly expensive
if honda is smart they will go 13 or 13,5k max 14k with the new cbr or the zx6r will win, even tho it's worlds worse.
