Grabbing this game for my Chromebook when I buy it on Friday. According to the Play Store it's the best port of any of the Rockstar games available on Android. I was going to get Bully because it's been a long time since I played that game but the mobile port got a horrible score and it's $2 more. I would have just gotten Vice City because it's my favorite but I've played it so much over the years and I have it on my fiance's PS2 so I can play at any time I want. Truth be told the only thing you're missing from GTA III is the flying vehicles and the licensed music but most of the time I turn off the music in the game and just play whatever I want. I do remember Head Radio being funny as hell though and the techno station isn't half bad either. If it's a solid port with controller support and everybody says it's worth getting then I might have to grab it. Haven't played GTA III in about 15 years so maybe it's time again. I also have Goat Simulator which I should be able to just download for my Chromebook and then I'm planning on getting into some MMORPGs and some retro gaming too. Even though I've been told this isn't really the platform for games the platform itself has come a long way since Google introduced the Chromebook 10 years ago. Might also check into some streaming services to play higher end games on a low end machine via WiFi.

In my opinion, due to hostility gangs such as Leones, Triads, Yardies, Diablos (after the storyline) and Colombian Cartel (from the beginning of this game), I strongly recommend you to complete many side missions first, especially vehicle side missions and Rampages (which are very difficult if have been completed stroyline missions before). Unlike later GTA games, no rewards after getting 100% Completion (also if you complete some missions such as Last Requests but you haven't completed Joey's missions, the 100% Completion is going to be disabled). As the final storyline mission of this game is very difficult because your weapons will be stripped by Colombian Cartel, collecting 100 hidden packages is strongly advised, because many powerful weapons will be available to you, just head to Shoreside Vale safehouse during the final mission (don't worry about too far from an enemy helicopter which Catalina - the main antagonist of this game that you can be seen on the first one cutscene), collect all the weapons you need, then return to the dam to continue the missions, even though it is very difficult as the Colombian Cartel carry M16, AK-47 and Flamethrower, which easily to kill you unless you have not to be too quickly, just be careful to complete. That's I am talking about. Otherwise there are a lot of many things of GTA III that I want to say. Not only great but more nostalgia for the old game. The game's graphics are too clear. The PC version had some kind of fog that made the experience more atmospheric.
