Bubblecars - any vehicle you hit will float away useful when driving through heavy traffic areas I usually have this cheat activated when driving on the busy and main highways
@Govano Gaming I do use cheats every once in a while, but I like to work on it to get better. In fact, I've gotten a lot better since my original comment. Also, I play on PS2 so the cheat code looks different, but it works the same. I will still use the cheat when going for big jumps with the Infernus. It's hilarious to see the kind of height and length CJ can get from the hills of San Fierro. lol
i always loved the missions in San Fierro, it's like a whole new different experience than before. plus the place looks so beautiful, even better than LS.

So happy that Jethro and Dwaine were brought back. Their Boatyard cutscene in Vice City was one of my favorites. Can't wait to see Rosenberg and Kent Paul later in San Andreas too

Rosenburg and Paul both appear in San Andreas somewhere in the story of Las Vanturas.
Hey, I remember those two guys, Jethro and Dwaine, back at GTA: Vice City! Tommy only seen them and met them one time, in the mission "Boatyard". Well, I also remember Tommy only saw Dwaine again, in the mission "Checkpoint Charlie". It's good to see those two guys again, by the way. (-:)

I love how they talk about trying to fix the garage and turn it into a business yet they never actually do it in the story.

It is nowhere implied Claude can't swim. The waters in GTA 3 and LCS are toxic, you would definitely die if you come in contact with such water irl.
Claude can't swim beacuse the an oil split took over the water in GTA 3, you'd die too if you were to come in contact with that water.
And CJ doesn't have more skills than Claude. Claude knows Krav Maga according to the mission the exchange and, in gameplay, he's constantly shown to know takewondo. What CJ knows that Claude doesn't is boxing, but then again it all comes down to who can hit faster, and we will never be able know how fast Claude can move since there are no speed feats shown within the story. The only thing we can calculate as far as fighting goes is strength and durability, CJ likely has the advantage in strength beacuse he can Effortlessly open a gravity pressurized door from a flying airplane, whereas Claude can survive being shot in the head without dying.
CJ seems to be stronger and Claude more durable, but even then, I'm not even sure CJ is stronger to be honest.
I mean, Claude is stronger than Niko cause the mafia guys he is been Effortlessly taking down hand to hand are far stronger than the russian ones Niko struggled against(and he used Krav Maga, so he has military training in martial arts too), so to say who's the strongest between the two is almost impossible, as we don't know how much a gravity pressurized door actually weighs. However, Niko is able to Effortlessly defeat Brucie strength wise, and struggles to people that are way stronger than him. Bruce is able to lift 450LBS, so the mafia guys that are way stronger than him should range between 540-560LBS, Niko should ranging between 560-580LBS.
The mexican mafia is far more trained than the Russian one and Claude can Effortlessly defeat Mexican mafia mercenaries, so Claude should be able to, at least, lift 700LBS, everything beyond should get him defeated in strength. At the end of the day, it all comes down to whether or not CJ can even damage Claude with his punches or not. Claude definitely can since CJ can get his ass beaten by Catalina. I don't know about the other way around, and if he can't, then Claude would be able to overcome the damage and, eventually, defeat CJ.

The beginning of this mission also lampshades that Claude (who was the previous owner of the garage) pretty much sucked at business. CJ finds the garage basically in ruins, which means Claude didn't really try to make something out of it himself. No wonder that he's the only GTA protagonist in this universe who doesn't develop in his game at all. Tommy, CJ, Toni and Vic all became influential and stuff, while Claude started off as a regular thug for hire and ended up that way as well.
Considering the kind of life Claude seems to live, I don't think he ever intended to make the garage into a business. I think he just used it as a safehouse and he made enough money doing whatever to keep the bill's payed for that place.

For some reason, when the first cutscene for this chapter played on my original Xbox, the voicelines were not playing and all I could hear was the background. Then when I grabbed Truth's buddies and went back to the shop, I got a black screen. Nothing else played. I was stuck on a black screen until I removed the disc from the console. I tried cleaning the CD, resetting the console, deleted some unused data but nothing worked. I still got that black screen. Can someone help me on what to do? I don't wanna abandon all of my progress on this game and I really wanna beat this one. Some advice would be much appreciated.
