This is a Curtis-Mathes TV/stereo/record player from 1961 or 1962. The upside down triangles on AM are the Civil Defense or CONELRAD markings. I'm glad you got this awesome piece to work for the customer. Very nice, Seth!
I am pretty sure you have the vertical size set too high. You don't want to do that because it runs a bunch of excess current through the vertical output circuits. The reason why the picture may have black bars on the top and bottom is because modern programming is a different aspect ratio than the TV.
The ground on that one cap is floating so if you use the positive lead for a terminal strip and remove the ground then the cap is out of circuit. But it's hard to tell from the video if that was the case.
Definitely check all those Black Beauties for leakage, if they show any slight dc resistance they have to go, I know some love the sound of leaky black beauties in the tone side on guitar amps. But definitely not on the tube side !!
Hauled a similar one to the electronics recycle. It was a shame. The woman's landlord said she had to get rid of some of the stuff in her small apartment.

They're deceptive. Some are poly and some are bombs waiting to blow up. While waiting, they're red plate your most valuable tubes....

Super sketchy repairs by the previous shop. Leaving the old can in circuit is a bad look.
